The staff were each exceptional and seemed to actually care about what you may want, anticipate your needs and offer help before you ask. "Loved the property and their hospitality. Air con was heating the room too much and was not able to cool the room which they attributed to the “winter season” - so it did get stuffy in the room, but opening the windows helped a great deal. Very friendly staff. Overall a good experience!"
