「This hotel is modern on the inside but has the Krakow style on the outside. Breakfasthad a very varied choice. Only a 2km walk to the Town Square. Lots of places to eat and drink , you will not be short on choice. Plenty of cafes for a coffee, pastry, ice cream to rest your feet as there are lots of sites to see. Hotel staff were very helpful before and during our trip. Would highly recommend The Plaza Boutique 」

「I had to give the hotel five stars for staff and service even though there is no staff nor service. You check in by giving your name at the door. The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. The place is IMO just beautiful, everything about it: the lighting, layout, design. Wow!」

「Good location. Good base for a weekend trip. Didn’t use the spa. Or have breakfast. The local restaurant NOVA is really lively and good for a night out and great food. We can’t fault the hotel. 」

「Die Zimmer sind groß und ruhig gelegen. Es gibt zwei verschiedene Saunen sowie einen großen Pool mit Jacuzzi mit Blick auf Krakau. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.」
