"For our first visit to stunningly beautiful Krakow we chose this truly lovely hotel, which made it all the more special. All the staff we spoke to, be that in Reception, the ladies who attended to our room & those in the Restaurant were all so friendly & welcoming. You could not be more central to all that Krakow has to offer as it overlooks the Main Square, with countless attractions, restaurants, bars & shops right on your doorstep. Our room was very large, we had a whirlpool tub in our room as well as a very large bathroom with walk-in shower. The bed was extremely comfortable & the air conditioning was very much appreciated as it was extremely hot when we visited! The included breakfast was fresh, plentiful & could be taken either inside the restaurant or out on the Square, what a lovely way to start the day. We had a mini bar with soft drinks in our room which were all included in the price we paid as well as coffee & tea making facilities. A lovely touch, which we very much appreciated, was a welcome bottle of fizz when we arrived & another bottle of wine on our last evening, it made our stay all the more special. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful hotel & can’t wait to visit again soon."
