Camera molto carina e pulita. Non c'è nessuno ad accoglierti, ma la proprietaria fa avere per tempo tutte le info necessarie per effettuare il check in. Ottima posizione, proprio nel centro storico a pochi passi da tutto!

Good location to visit city attractions

Comfortable stay, room is spacious, but I feel room is a bit cold at 1c. 2 small heaters are not enough for big room if staying alone. This room is good for 3 people. Good location to visit city attractions.

Greate room, perfect location.

Greate room #4, perfect location. Peace and quiet, even though the stairway was under renovation. Had the possibility to share kitchen with room #3, but we didn’t use it. Close to everything. Shopping center Galeria Krakowska and Marketplace with St. Mary's Church and lots of restaurants.

Overall it was a comfortable stay and I enjoyed the experience of self-catering. However there were a couple of unfortunate aspects: 1: people will have to ensure they travel light as, if they have a heavy suitcase, it means hefting it up 75 steps; and 2: I sent a message to the owner politely asking if my friend and I could leave our luggage until it was time for us to leave but we did not get the courtesy of a reply. Instead an employee arrived to insist that we had to get out. As mentioned, overall good experience with the square and local grocery shops close to the premises and there were utensils in the kitchen to assist my friend and I with our culinary skills.

Great hotel in a lovely city

Hotel was lovely, well appointed, and in a perfect location. Staff were exceedingly helpful. Would recommended to anyone. Restaurant was also excellent.

立地は最高です。駅からあるいて、スーツケースがらがらで１０分です。今後の期待としては、エアコンが欲しいです。外気30度超えで、通りの前がバーなので窓は開けられません。３Fという案内ですが、日本人にとっては４Fにあたります。エレベータ（リフト）はないので、チェックインに体力が必要です。

viikko Krakovassa. Majoituksen osalta hyvällä paikalla oleva huone. kesän kuumina aikikoina ilmastointi olisi ollut hyvä, mutta onneksi yöt olivat viileämpiä. Omistajalla myös vaihotpiste, mistä sain vaihdettua PLN hyvään kurssiin. 95% vaihtopaikoista huijaa keskustan alueella eli jos ei vaihda rahoja suomessa valmiiksi....kiinnitä huomiota missä vaihdat. Voit menettää paljon rahaa. Automaattinostot myös erittäin kalliita vahankaupungin alueella.

The communication before we arrive was amazing from the owners. The room was lovely and the bathroom was also nice. The only one issue I would have is that the only form of air conditioning we had was a fan which wasn’t really powerful enough but it was okay for the two nights that we stayed.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko Rynku, 10 minut piechotą od dworca. Pokój w mieszkaniu na ostatnim piętrze kamienicy (bez windy), w której na niższym piętrze znajduje się hostel, więc klatka schodowa nieciekawa, a w nocy dochodzą czasem odgłosy imprez, choć przy zamkniętych w zimie oknach nie są na tyle głośne aby zakłócać sen. Kuchenka wspólna z sąsiednim pokojem, w którym na szczęście byli bardzo spokojni goście. Wszystko bardzo czyste i wygodne, wskazówki dotyczące odbioru kluczy jasne, kontakt z właścicielami bardzo dobry. Jedyny minus to wymeldowanie o godzinie 10.00 - w większości hoteli jest to zazwyczaj o 12.00 tak aby można było bez pośpiechu zjeść śniadanie i się spakować.

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Old Town

We loved our stay at Royal Route 29. The room was spacious and impeccably clean with super comfy beds. The shared kitchen was a great place to have breakfast and plan our day, and being in the heart of the Old Town, the location can’t be beat. Iwona & Robert were extremely helpful when we were trying to plan our long weekend in Krakow.

W centrum Krakowa.

Drugi pobyt w tym apartamencie i tak jak poprzednio wszystko bylo w porzadku. Pokoje czyste, lazienka odnowiona z goraca woda. Kuchnia i przedpokoj wyposazone w artykuly podstawowej potrzeby. Mila niespodzianka to ladowarka do iphone ktorej wlasnie zapomnialam. Lokacja wspaniala w samym centrum Krakowa.

Old Town Comfort

Right in the heart of the Old Town and only 7-8 minutes walk from Krakow Glowny (Central Railway Station). Booked a few months ago and was advised by Hotels.com to contact Hotel 24 hours prior to arrival to receive instruction on check-in. Owner, Iwona, was well ahead of the game. She contacted me via email 2 days prior to my arrival with a full set of instructions on how to get to the hotel from the Railway Station. Gave me full set of codes and instructions on how to get the keys to the apartment and leaving the same way. This saved a LOT of time and really appreciated the clear communication. If you don't have email then of course you could call the number provided and no doubt the instructions would be relayed in the same concise manner. Room was clean, comfortable and airy. No air conditioner, but the window on the second floor was able to be opened. There is a lot of night life in the area, so be warned that it is not quiet on a weekend! The church bells ring and the trumpeters play at 5am in the morning - quaint and nice if you like that sort of thing. I didn't mind it. VERY convenient hotel to get around Krakow - we were there 3 days and visited sites beyond Krakow also. Hotel owners provide tickets to Auschwitz and Zakopane if you are interested. Very happy with price and stay. Would recommend for solo and younger people, but maybe a bit noisy for families. Safe area.

Fint hostel som låg väldigt centralt i gamla stan i Krakow. Något segt att det va 3 olika nycklar för ta sig in i rummet. Fräsch lägenhet överlag, minus betyg till sängarna som inte va bra.
