The room was clean, facilities were good - tea/coffee making etc. Outside of hotel is deceptive as quite big in side and a lovely bar/breakfast area on ground floor and restaurant and roof top bar on 6th floor. Such a brilliant and convenient location, just next to the castle and cathedral. Overlooking the river and a 10 min stroll to the square.

Great hotel and location

The hotel is great location overlooking river. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. We had welcome drink on rooftop bar which has great views. Around 20-25 minutes walk to centre square. Boat trips on river 3 minutes walk. Will definitely stop here again when we return to Krakow.

Excellent hotel, well located under the city walls for easy access to the Old City Centre, beautiful views over the river. Skybar for meals and drinks with a view. Limited breakfast and dinner menu but all food fresh and beautifully presented. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Will return
