Despite some refurbishment being done to the grounfloor area, it did not impact on guests. My room was clean and tidy. Breakfast could be improved somewhat. The biggest plus is that the hotel is only minutes from the square. I should also praise the hotel staff for their helpful nature.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was very clean, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The hotel is a great location. Right on a beautiful park, close to trams and right in Old Town. Just a 10-minute walk and you are in the huge square in the middle of old town with lots of choices of restaurants. This hotel exceeded our expectations in location, breakfasts, clean rooms, and staff very friendliness.

We have stayed at Campanile Krakow Old Town a few times now. This year, our stay was wonderful, as always. We appreciate the spacious and comfortable rooms and the clean and modern restrooms. Although the a/c was not cooling the rooms, they kindly supplied standing fans which helped immensely. The location is perfect for visiting the Old Town, and the staff are always kind and helpful. We look forward to our next stay in the future.
