Cleanliness and friendliness

This is a simple, clean hotel with excellent, friendly staff who went out of their way to provide for us in many little ways. I found the shower a bit small in size, but everything else was fine.

Udmærket 3-stjernet hotel, med god lokation kun 200 meter fra sporvogns-stoppested, og 400 meter fra McDonald's og en 24H BP tankstation. Værelse og badeværelse var udemærket, kun sengen var en mindre skuffelse, da den var forholdsvis smal og hård. Deres WiFi er hurtigt, og deres TV har mange kanaler.

Affordable Hotel with Good Transport Links to City

This hotel is in a good location for a visit to Krakow. It is not bang in the centre, but is easily accessible my the city trams that travel to the area frequently. The hotel staff are helpful and the hotel is very clean. The room itself has a slightly dated feel to it with lots of older style wooden furniture, but it is all in good condition. The only thing I did like about the room was the bed which I found quite uncomfortable. I feel the mattress could have been done with replacing as there was very little support in it which made it very difficult to get comfortable or fall asleep (or even stay asleep). If you're not so sensitive to how a bed feels I think you would find this hotel ideal as it is affordable and only a 20-25 minute tram ride from the centre of Krakow.

Odpowiedni hotel na jedną noc

Standard niższy niż w innych Best Western, pokojom przydało by się odświeżenie. Bardzo czysto, obsługa miła i pomocna. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, bardzo duży wybór dodatków, świetna kawa, trochę mało stolików w sali śniadań. Duży parking, położenie Hotelu na uboczu, a jednak blisko centrum i głównych arterii. Polecam na krótki wypad.
