It is my home town (haven't been there for 15 years) so I could be biased or to critical, take as you wish. The first, the property was advertise as building number 20 (on the picture), however, it was no. 36. That required little bit or clarification at at the start. Number 36 is similar property and the pictures showing the on the add are accurate. The property is exactly the one on the add. It is a brand new development and not yet all the tenants had moved in. I think the flat is a "show flat". Very good accommodation, good location (for me being my home town - next to my elementary school and in the area where I used to live and grew up). The main objection is that a bed linen is not that I was expected. Kitchen utensils could be better. The fridge (brand new) doesn't work tough the freezer is working. The great thing is free parking as the parking on the street is payable. Would I recommended - sure, it is good value for money, good accommodation. Bed linen needs to be updated.
