Lovely hotel, check in is at the Apple a day resort, didn’t have time to use the facilities there though that’s an option which is nice, pool area looked great. Fantastic room, very clean & new, fridge, kettle etc, great staff, highly recommended

Big rooms and good value for money

Capuchin is a small block of large rooms right on a street just off the main beach road. It doesn't have its own facilities but it is sort of an annex to another hotel right behind it (Apple a Day) which has all the usual facilities, and which you can use. The rooms are a really good size, clean and comfortable and also have a god balcony. Also great value for money. The entrance to the block is just a few steps from the street where there are dozens of restaurants and so on.

My stay at The Capuchin Hotel was great! I was lucky and was given a room that faced the front so my views were excellent. The room itself is very large. The balcony is huge as well. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from time of arrival to time of departure. The location is also excellent because it is not located on the main strip, but just off the main road allowing for quiet nights. The hotel is in walking distance to the pier where you book the boat trips to different islands making the location extremely convenient. Thank you to all of the staff members who made my 8 night stay a home away from home. I would definitely return!

Hotel is affordable and clean, room is comfort and big. Staff is friendly as well. The hotel is sharing the facility with Apple A Day Hotel. Daily breakfast at Apple A Day Hotel, and they do have game room there and you may rest there after you check out.

Vi ble flyttet til søster hotellet Apple a day som ligger rett ved siden av, som mange andre. Veldig fint hotell for pengene. Ligger i gåavstand fra ao nang stranden.

Very nice and clean place. Spacious rooms with balcony. Was a bit concerned about being on the main road but was all good. Reception is in the coffee shop but entrance round the back. A lift would have been nice but was ok. Breakfast restaurant and pool are in the hotel around the back which is the sister property.

Far better quality properties for the price

From: j partytime  The Capuchin Hotel Krabi is a hotel located down a side street near night markets and is so uncomfortable it is impossible to even get a couple of hours sleep here. The beds I like a concrete slab I have never slept on anything so hard in my life. There was no difference lying on the bed to the concrete floor. They did come and put I do not under the sheet which barely made any difference. However I guess I have to praise them for making some effort. The towels in the room are very poor quality and there is a very small wall mounted TV with very poor reception. At times the TV did not work at all. When it rain the TV would usually lose all reception. The wi fi was poor and was very slow. The air conditioning was mediocre and the rooms were so stuffy and hot when I checked in and it took over an hour for the air conditioning to cool it down.  I booked the room for two people they only gave one key which meant if you walked outside to go for a meal or anything the room would get all hot and stuffy again. Then when I asked for a second key card they wanted $200. I said I have booked for two people and they said only one key or pay 200. The shower was not cleaned properly and the shallow pressure was below average and the temperature kept going hot and cold while you were trying to have a shower. Plenty of better properties I wouldn't waste my money here

Enbart frächt rum

Fint rum rent och frächt, söker ni ett bra boende i form av enbart ett rum så är detta ett jättebra alternativ. Vill ni ha extraservice med pool mm välj något annat. Bra läge och lugnt rimligt gångavstånd till långtail och restauranger vid stranden samt åt andra hållet gatan med butiker. Inget hotell för barnfamiljer men för par o ensamresenär som vill bo bra.

Ingesamt hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren nur für 2 Nächte da, würden aber jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Der Service war super zuvorkommend und wir konnten über 2 Stunden vor dem eigentlich Check-In ins Zimmer. Davor wurde problemlos unser Gepäck aufbewahrt. Unser Zimmer sah genau aus wie auf dem Foto und war komplett sauber. Die kostenfreie Minibar war ein angenehmer Snack für zwischendurch und wurde täglich aufgefüllt. Das Hotel ist mitten in der Stadt an einer sehr belebten Straße, wer sehr lärmempfindlich ist, ist hier sicher nicht richtig. In der direkten Umgebung sind zahlreiche Restaurants, Geschäfte und ein Markt. Auch der Strand und die Ausflugsboote sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Einzig die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack etwas hart.

Hadde det supert på dette hotellet! Var i gangavstand til Ao Nang beach, og hadde det vi trengte i nærheten. Var enkelt å komme seg videre til øyer derifra også om man ønsker det. Hotellet var rent, rommene moderne og badet kjempefint! Fikk mye mer enn forventet til en så billig penge. Kan absolutt anbefales!

The place looks really clean. It's similar to the pictures. There's no elevator but it's not much of a hassle with the steps. It's a really great hotel for its price. The beds aren't as comfortable and the towels/sheets aren't in the best condition. Other than that, it's a great deal. The AC worked great! It was really cold in the room and free water (and mini bar) was available everyday. One last downfall--- there is wifi but it's so slow - it's almost non existent.
