「I think this hotel is kinda overrated. I wouldn't stay at this place again for the price I paid. My room was the standard garden view and my bed was not clean. Pillows were wet and smell. I am sure either they didn't wait until they are dry to put the cases on. The AC was leaking water on my bed and the bathroom was very nasty.」

「The staff were kind and attentive. The room was beautiful and the views were gorgeous. I’ll be coming back for sure. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was very good and I felt safe eating there. The only thing I can complain about is the in-room pool, it was a little too cold and you can’t really stay in there for too long at that temperature.」

「Well a bumpy start but this was fixed rapidly buy the young girl on reception. The morning buffet with egg station was better than most hotels and had a resonable selection. I advise the duluxe larger rooms over the villas as they are a little dated and the bathrooms are in need of renovation. The staff where exceptional.」

「Overall I am very please for my stay in this hotel, especially I would like to give high credit to their staff. This is because on one morning, my car cannot be started due to the issues of the battery. The doorman there came at once to my car and very pro-actively offered for assistance. In the end, he and his colleagues helped to start my car and also change my tyre as they saw that one of my tyre was flat. For this reason, I highly recommended this hotel because of their friendly staff.」

「飯店地點很方便，對面就有全家便利店、機車出租、行程購買，不遠處有7-11便利店，步行至奧南沙灘、奧南大街距離近。早餐種類多，選擇性多，有很多印度咖哩類的料理，惟須要避開用餐人潮，方能享受悠閒的用餐時光。對於飯店住宿品質整體來說，算是非常的不錯。唯獨因部分住宿客人的行為不優，讓此次住宿經驗有點不舒服，該國籍客人在客房外走廊喧鬧嬉戲甚至亂敲我的房門以致干擾到我，晚上12點左右，客房外以及樓上都有大聲喧鬧嬉戲的情形，噪音聲響及腳步震動聲持續甚久擾人清夢。」
