The room was great, no menu in room or room service. Pool area was not kept clean and sunbed cushions were disgusting.

Quiet and relaxing, great pool
Loved our stay here! Although it was located a bit outside of the main area, it’s perfect if you want to relax and get away from the crowds. We took a shuttle downtown a couple of times and it worked great. The pool is awesome especially with the backdrop of the mountains :)

If you like WiFi be prepared to spend your time in the hotel lobby, WiFi in rooms very poor to non existent. Loads of mosquitos. No restaurant. Overall very mediocre stay.

We loved the setting of this property as well as the pool. It was a peaceful place. The rooms were quite small but satisfactory. The beds felt like you were sleeping on boards. Breakfast was just OK. There was some difficulty communicating with staff, language barrier, but they were friendly and helpful. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach. Frank Ao Nang has a shuttle they offer for 50 baths/person.

A lovely small hotel where everyone was a friendly with sufficient amenities for our needs as we were out and about most days. We loved our stay and recommend anyone to check it out

No hot water
The staff was friendly but the hotel room did not have hot water which is unacceptable for me when I am travelling. Also, we had arranged a van for the airport and a car versus van arrived and there was a delay to get a van to fit the passengers in luggage which caused for a very stressful ride to the airport, we did make it. there is a small bar with blender by the pool, but it never was open while we were there?

The hotel is new, recently remodel, the pool is good, the breakfast is poor, I recommend you that you going to the market and buy the necessary. Walked 5 min and found restaurants. The room is big.

The man at the front desk in the evening told us that Breakfast was included with our stay. They checked off our room number BEFORE eating. At check out they charged 400 Bhat for breakfast saying that the man made a mistake. Supposedly , the manager was not there and was not answering her phone. Was set up and ripped off. Much better food for far less everywhere. Would NOT recommend this place because of this .treatment. Pictures look much better than actual place. Across the street from run down shack type housing

3 night stay - double room with a view
A lovely hotel located on a quiet road just off the main road and 10 minute walk to the beach.The room was newly renovated, really modern and clean with an amazing mountain view. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great amenities and fresh pool towels provided in the room everyday so no need to ask for these. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definately recommend to anyone considering a stay in AoNang. Also great value for money! 😊

Just off the beaten track, Frank, is a rare find in busy Krabi. After being slightly dubious about the lack of reviews, we arrived to quickly realise this was because it’s a brand new hotel! They’ve only been open 2 months, but we were looked after as if they had been around for years. The reception staff were so friendly, and their English was brilliant. The pool was clean, and the sun beds were great. We ended up spending a lot of time around the pool, which is not in the norm for us! The room was amazing, it exceeded our expectations by miles. Only a 2 minute walk from the main part of Ao Nang, and about 5-10 minutes to the beach. Frank doesn’t yet have a restaurant (although they said they’re building one now!), but there’s so many places to eat just minutes down the road. We had the most amazing stay at Frank, and would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much!!

Great hotel, amazing view
I really liked this newer hotel with an amazing pool and an amazing view. Very nice rooms, Some things weren’t working, but they fixed it right away. Was a short walk away from the main road and a little longer of a walk from the beach. Sad I only had 1 night here.

I started for 4 nights and I liked this hotel a lot. Stylish dedign, staff came help me immediately after called the reception, clean, comfortable bed and nice view. I wish I could watch English speaking TV programs but it might be too much to ask.

Står i bokningen att restaurang ska finnas. Det sår också att poolbar finns. Det fanns inte. Frukosten var fruktansvärd. Personalen 2 unga tjejer pratade ingen engelska och var helt ointresserade. Ingen frukostbuffé man fick själv beställa. Ligger också långt ifrån stranden inte 450 meter. Nytt fint hotell o bra Wi-Fi enda positiva tyvärr. Ligger lite avsides.

O hotel em si é bom. O problema é a localização se você estiver a pé. A rua do hotel, que levará a do comércio, é escura, mão dupla e sem acostamento. Essa rua não é extensa, mas tem que tomar cuidado com os carros (principalmente, à noite e não esquecendo que a mão é inglesa e, portanto, atenção redobrada na hora de atravessar).

Hyggelig sted.
Veldig bra, men det var bare en i resepsjonen som snakket of forsto engelsk bra. Hun var i tillegg veldig hjelpsom. På den veldig positive siden var at vi fikk rommet tidlig på morgenen etter en lang flytur. Ligger tilbaketrukket i forhold til hovedhata, så det støyer ikke. Store og fine rom. Veldigvbra renhold.

Trivelig bosted.
Vi droppet litt rundt i Aonang før vi siste uken fant dette hotellet. Tilbaketrukket fra hovedgaten, med to svømmebasseng. Gangavstand til alt. Helt flott. Minuset måtte være at de ikke serverer frokost, men det gjør nabohotellet. Eller man kan rusle opp i hovedgata, der er det mange muligheter. Betjeningen snakker dessuten veldig godt engelsk. Skulle noe annet trekke ned, er det moskeen i nærheten. Men den høres over hele denne siden av byen. Rommene er veødig bra, med nok varmt vann. Veldig bra renhold.

Wir hatten im Frank Ao Nang Krabi Resort eine Woche ein Bubgalow gemietet. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und mehr als freundlich :) Die Bungalows an sich waren wirklich schön und sauber, mit guter und leiser Klimaanlage. In unmittelbarer Umgebung war alles super mit dem Roller zu erreichen, alles in allem war es wirklich traumhaft und sein Geld zu 100% wert! Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort bleiben! Sehr zu empfehlen

Nyrenoverat hotell.
Nyrenoverat hotell. Bra lugnt läge med fin pool, men ännu ingen frukostrestaurang och tv-kanaler saknades vid vår vistelse. Rum mkt bra inkl sängar även om kudden ngt hård. Bra service. En del dålig lukt utomhus, sannolikt från en sunkig å som rinner genom hotellområdet.
