Staff where lovey and helpful, but room and hotel it’s self was very dated and tired. When I arrived I was shocked at how different the pictures were to what I seen. Very run down. WiFi does not work in the room. Shower didn’t work I had to get someone to look at it 3 times in the 3 days I stayed. Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from the only thing I enjoyed was the view from my balcony and the location is okay if you have a scooter. Very disappointment and it wasn’t cheap!

Excellent service and very good location . Near to beach and just 10 min walk to street shopping . Beautiful mountain view , calm place to stay . Room are clean. Deposit will be there and make sure you keep all the items back including recyclbe slipper otherwise they will charge ! I do t recommend breakfast

I booked a 5 night stay in the property. The was a motor running sound that was very loud in my room and it affected my rest at night. After the second night I requested to change to another room, but the new room was also the same as it was on the same floor. In addition the hot water showers were not working in the new room.

Bedbugs and dirty!

We booked a "luxury" room by the pool, but it was a nightmare. The bed was infested with bedbugs, and the staff only changed the sheets when we reported it. We asked for a room change and got a regular one on the second floor, with no compensation. Later, we saw the "luxury" room rented out again. The pool was dirty, full of sand, and we found a large piece of glass in it. We also discovered a pair of underwear from previous guests on one of our chairs and an old lunchbox in the fridge. To top it off, the showerhead was covered in mold. Half of the staff didn’t speak English, and when we asked to speak to a manager, no one showed up. Only a few of the staff members were nice. This hotel was a huge disappointment and we’ll never recommend it.

Trevlig personal, fint hotell, bra rum med ac, stor dusch och en liten bit från huvudgatan vilket vi uppskattade för att få det lite lugnare. Det som gjorde oss besvikna var frukosten som var oerhört enkel.

Elegi la habitación con acceso a la piscina.. Desde las 7 de la mañana niños gritando y llorando en la piscina, sin respetar el descanso de los huéspedes. Pasando por mi terraza y mojando mi terraza. El desayuno una gran basura. Es una fajita precocinada y un cafe. El personal agradable pero no se enteran de nada, no entienden mucho el ingles. Por lo demás es un sitio precioso, con jardines muy bonitos y cuidados, te hacen limpieza diaria siempre dejando detalles muy bonitos con las toallas, Y zona muy tranquila en medio de la naturaleza El hotel es un lujazo si no fuera por el desayuno y la hora a la que abren la piscina.

Hotel muy bonito, muy limpio, muy tranquilo. Cuenta con piscina, sala de ejercicios. No hay transporte público pero un grab (uber) cuesta máximo 2 usd ir hasta la playa. Te dejan tu bolsa con jabón, shampoo, ph y agua si no pides que te limpien el cuarto, lo cual muchos hoteles no hacen. Super recomendado !

Viele Kinder und sehr laut

Hotel obwohl erst 3 Jahre alt schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Überall sind Mängel vorhanden die nicht repariert werden. Die Aussendusche beim Schwimmbad ist schon länger defekt und auch die Duschköpfe in den Zimmern sollten entkalkt werden. Auch die Glaswände der Duschen sind vermutlich noch nie gereinigt worden. Das Hotel wird von Malaysier mit Kinder überrannt die mit Ihren Kleidern sich im Swimmingpool breit machen. Also wär hier Ruhe sucht ist definitv fehl am Platz. Das Personal ist freundlich aber es fehlt an einem Hauswart der anstehende Reparaturen ausführt.

Zimmer waren mega schön und sauber, auch das Bad mit einer unglaublich schönen Dusche. Jede Früh kann man einen Pfau im Garten ganz nah anschauen wenn man will, allerdings weckt er einen mit seinen Schreien auch gerne mal. Ausblick vom Zimmer auf den Berg mega schön und hatten einen großen Balkon. Pool ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und schön erfrischend. Personal super lieb, konnten ohne Probleme unser Zimmer upgraden auf eins mit Doppelbett, da ist beim Buchen leider was schief gelaufen. Zu Fuß erreichen sich Restaurants und Geschäfte nur schwer, man sollte sich einen Roller ausleihen. Ist auch direkt vor Ort möglich, bei einem super netten Mann, der mehrere Erlebnisse verkauft, nur zu empfehlen. Einziger Minuspunkt: wir hatten Frühstück dazu gebucht. Dieses bestand daraus, sich an deren Coffee Bar ein Heißgetränk auszusuchen und man hatte die Wahl zwischen einem kleinen Wrap und einer kleinen Pizza Roll, welche einem kurz in die Mikro gelegt wurde und dazu echt nicht gut schmeckte. Wir sind dann immer wo anders frühstücken gegangen.

Das Hotel ist nach aussage des Personal noch nicht mal 1 Jahr alt. Jedoch schimmelt es in der Dusche und das Wasser aus dem Duschkopf stinkt. Wenn man es etwas laufen lässt geht es. Das Zimmer ist allgemein etwas dreckig, Flecken an den Vorhängen, Dreck am Boden… das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ich hatte es bei meiner Buchung dazu gebucht, man bekommt einen Kaffee in einen Papierbecher und kann sich einen Wrap aussuchen welcher in der Mikrowelle warm gemacht wird. Der Wrap ist ebenfalls ist einen kleinen Karton verpackt. Das Ganze Frühstück kann man dann entweder in der Hotellobby oder auf seinem Zimmer essen.

Miinukset: korkea tyyny, huono nukkua. Ei saanu pienempää tilalle. Aamupala oli vain pieni wrap kahvi. Yllätyttiin, muissa ollut aina buffet. Aurinkotuoleja vähän. Muuten oli uus ja hieno hotelli. Hinta/laatusuhteeltaan hyvä kun ottaa ilman aamupalaa. Myös hyvällä paikalla. Liikuttiin mopolla. Kävellen ois ollu ehkä liian kaukana. Negative: too high pillows and no option for lower ones. Breakfast was only a wrap coffee. Too few sunbeds. Positive: new clean hotel with nice staff. Good location nice views. Good price/quality ratio.

Hotel recomendable pero sin desayuno

El hotel está en general bastante bien. Habitaciones limpias, cama muy cómoda, piscina pequeña y gimnasio. Lo recomiendo bastante el alojamiento, pero no el desayuno. El desayuno no merece la pena porque te dan a elegir entre varios cafés y 4 tipos de wraps del microondas. En mi caso no puedo tomar café y no me dejaron cambiarlo por una botella de agua. En este aspecto es lo que menos me ha gustado del hotel, el desayuno. Por lo demás todo genial. Adjunto la carta del desayuno que solamente podías elegir un café y un wraps de los que tienen disponible. Por otra parte, la ubicación del hotel está alejada de los comercios y de la playa, por lo cual tendrás que pedir tuctuc para ir y venir si no quieres andar 25-30 min cada vez que vayas o vuelvas a algún sitio. El tuctuc sale 100bat por persona.
