Overall good, the breakfast was nothing special definitely needs approve-meant, we tried the dinner buffe once it’s was not good. It’s not to hard to get from the hotel to the beach and most activities can pick you up from the hotel. The pool area was okay, unfortunately the beautiful mountains there covers the sun a lot during the afternoon. The staff were nice and helpful

A Beautiful Setting with a Few Drawbacks Arawan Krabi Beach Resort boasts a stunning location right on the water, offering breathtaking views. However, the beach itself is not suitable for swimming, which might be a disappointment for some. The resort's remote location limits dining options both on-site and nearby. While the staff is friendly and helpful, the inconsistent Wi-Fi was frustrating. Overall, the resort's beautiful setting and excellent service are overshadowed by the limited beach access and dining options.

The property is not a 4 Star Property as advertised on Expedia - it is a 3 Star Property - it is misleading. The Property advertises that there is a free shuttle to city but there is no free shuttle service - again misleading. The Breakfast in terrible and needs to improve in its quality. The staff is very polite and try to help - no complaints against them. Most staff members have limited English speaking skill and at times leading to miscommunication. The location is nice, quiet and serene with poor connectivity.

Excellent service from the staff, both the cleaners and the staff in the reception. Spacious rooms, nice swimmingpools. The downside is that the buffet was bad, and there are no restaurants nearby. They have 2 cars that takes you to Ao nang for free, but one of them are difficult to get in and out of. This would be easily solved with a stool to step on, but they don't have it. Most of the other hotel cars in Krabi use a stool, I have noticed. The most negative was that there are no sunbeds or umbrellas at the pool.

Dear Future Guests, I want to share my experience at Arawan Beach Resort to help you avoid the disappointment we faced during our stay. Upon arrival, we were expecting to find a beautiful beach, only to discover muddy areas and littered spots that were far from inviting. The beach is inaccessible due to ownership by local fishermen, making it clear that the resort's promotional materials are misleading. The resort claims to have appealing swimming pools, but we found this to also be a huge lie. This detracted from our overall experience and made us question the resort's commitment to customers. The location is quite isolated, situated approx. 15 minutes away from anything. The shuttle service is infrequent, and if you miss one, you're left to rely on expensive taxi rides to reach nearby areas. This remoteness becomes a significant inconvenience, especially when there are far better options available. Additionally, the pricing for food and drinks at the resort is exorbitant. For example, a simple plate of Pad Thai costs around 260-300 baht here, while it’s only 50-70 baht in Ao Nang. Beer and cocktails also have inflated prices, making dining here feel like a regrettable choice. We also, want to mention the bathroom in our room had destroyed cabinets, a disgusting tub and the bathroom would get strong smells of sewage. Throughout our stay, we heard many other guests expressing similar frustrations, revealing that they too felt misled by the resort's advertise.

Good hotel by the beach, but the little beach accesible from the hotel is not suitable for swimming. The staff is nice, but they barely speak English, so communication was an issue. Mediocre buffet breakfast, the food was almost always cold. The a la carte menu at the restaurant is short, but the food was good, if overpriced.
