Great Place / Great Value
Got room for about $25 per day. Stayed 4 nights. Great value. Great location - at the end of Ao Nang Beach. I recommend staying here. But don't get a room near the busy street - it is noisy. My room was in bldg 3 and was quiet.

We enjoyed our stay here in a family room. It was great being able to tuck the little one away in a separate area with a door and stay up for a few hours without worrying about disturbing her. The room was a little dated but it was clean and had everything we needed, so it was perfect for our little family. We were in building 3 and had a small balcony that looked out on the rain forest. We loved watching the squirrels, butterflies and even monkeys going about their business. The pool was a reasonable size with a partitioned childrens pool but could use a little shade for those of us with a vampire like complexion. Also it would be nice if it were open at least until 9pm, rather than closing at 7pm. No after dinner swims. Breakfast was ample with plenty of options for the meat eaters (it is a pork free hotel if that is of interest to those reading this). There was an egg station for omelettes etc. Some options for vegetarians and enough for vegans to get by on (bread, condiments, fruit and beverages) We had a late flight and the hotel has a luggage storage facility which we used. They also allowed is to use pool area, restaurant and showers etc after check out. The travel desk lady was very friendly and the cost of transport organised through her was comparable to that which could be organised externally. Slightly pricier but clearly more convenient. Overall, we had a great time at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple hotel with all you need.

This property is located directly across from a very loud nightly karaoke bar that rolls til 2am. Rooms are not soundproof! Staff was not interactive or friendly. Sheets were stained. Water never hot and no water pressure. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Hardest bed you will ever sleep on. More like sleeping on a concrete floor. Bathroom was very outdated. Ok for a quick 1 night stay. Good location to the beach.

Great cental location. Room good size, bed very comfortable. Faculities pretty basic, but staff very helpful. Beware the laundry facilitues .... whilst it came back clean they had been dried in a very hot drier, some serious wrinkles on some and sheinkage on others

The food in the hotel (by the pool) was very tasty, had a couple different dishes and devoured both. Me and my sister spent the majority of our time cooped up in our room and we're upset by the wifi wasn't always at high speed, but there was a notice that said it wasn't always good. Our room was in Building 1 and right in the corner where we could look at the water and the bay and see the sunset. That was very beautiful. :)

This hotel was wonderful. To start with, they upgraded us to a bigger room upon arrival. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us carry our bags to our room. The location was ideal - only a 4 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants and local vendors. The room was comfortable and included many amenities. Definitely a great budget friendly hotel!

This is a hidden jewel right in the middle of So Bang. Nice pool with good massage spas near-by and good restaurants.

Below expectation
Receptionist unable to converse in simple english, had to relies on reading materials to understand. Disinterested and not helpful in answering enquries. Unprofessional. Room was mouldy and smell musty. The room was at located far end of the building. Breakfast options are limited and almost same throughout the 4 days stay. Inconsistent water temperature for shower. If the rooms were not paid in full, I would have look for better options nearby.

Won’t stay here again.
Mold in the bathroom, smelled funny, a/c wasn’t very strong, paper thin walls, I had a common area by me and it was very loud whoever was there. Echoes very bad. Lots of stairs no elevator.

Good hotel, great location in Ao Nang.
I really enjoyed this hotel's location. Staff were trying hard to please and I appreciated their efforts. The hotel itself is a bit dated and tired but the value for our dollar was really good!

Beds were so hard you couldn’t sleep on them, phone in room didn’t work, safe in room didn’t work. Breakfast was awful with hotdog sausages instead of any meat. Drilling noise in corridor in the mornings. I think construction work may have been going on. No lifts lots of stairs. In a very expensive area Very run down and looks like it probably did in the 80s.

Not bad, but not great
The hotel was very nice and clean, pool was wonderful and the food poolside was amazing. However, everything was fairly pricey. The bathroom was extremely small and the beds were less than ideal. They just pushed two small beds together to make a big one. So one of us was always slipping into the gap between the beds as they didn’t stay together well. So getting a great nights sleep didn’t happen, the quilt they provided wasn’t big enough either. The whole area around the hotel was VERY touristy. My wife and I like staying in an area around where the locals live. So, this wasn’t it. The vibe was kinda weird at the hotel, but the staff was always smiling and happy.

Ok for short night/layover, but not for a long vac
We didn’t liked it .. we left our bags at 10:30 am for a tour .. when we came back ( around 10 pm we got our room . It was smelly ... not in agood condition .. we had a shower Andrea I had to leave my shoes on .. there as still hair everywhere .. at the walls ... it was disgusting ... so we complaint ... they promised us to clean it while we are out for dinner ... we came back at 11 pm .: room didn’t gut cleaned .. so we complained again .. we got a free breakfast ... lucky us . We just had that one night... the brakfast wasn’t that nice either .. we couldn’t find a table .. bc the free ones had dirty dishes on it .. we removed it ourself after a while waiting

Hotel is run down. Toilet is stinking. hotel furniture's are all OLD breakfast is hopeless and it ONLY CATERS for the WESTERNERS Being a local hotel you should have more local food and some for the westerners not the other way around. Anyway...we will NEVER come back here again nor will we recommend this hotel to anyone else too. TQVM

Great pool
The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. The wifi however was awful and only worked in the lobby. The pool was very nice. The hotel also has a large selection of books for reading. Great location close to the beach and all the shops!

Nice hotel just 2 to 3 minutes away from the beach
The food stalls nearby is very expensive. Better to take your breakfast at the hotel cause it's only 200 baht. :)

I probably would not come back. The hotel rooms seem dated and beds are stiff. Disappointed arriving and getting two detached single beds. Wi-Fi was very poor.

Room is old but spacious
It was not really up to expectation when comparing the pictures vs. actual. Kind of disappointed with the price paid especially comparing with its other Anyaveen group of hotels but maybe location is better/closer to the beach. But the room has very large space and can feed in a family of 4 even for a normal room type.

Toilet is smelly and it is not a real double beds.
The double beds is not the real double beds. It just combine the two single beds into one and the "combined" beds are not against the wall to lay back. I can only sleep at one bed. In addition, the toilet is smelly for room 3220 that I stayed. Need to upgrade the hotel.

Bad experience of staying, Room is dirty.
Overall the hotel is far below my expectation, especially the cleanness is bad. During my stay of 3 nights in this hotel, I have killed 3 centipedes, 1 cockroach and couple of ants. I have requested to change the room for me but there is no any other available room for me to change. The insect in your room is really annoying. The only good thing is the location is quite convenient only, that's all.

The location is quite good except that it is noisy at night from the live band opposite the hotel. Service staff are not helpful. Request and complaints are not attended eg. no warm water shower, request for extra pillows, not helpful when requiring assistance. Hotel quite old and need upgrading. Breakfast food are not replenish regularly and hot food serve cold when they are replenish.

NIce hotel and close to the beach.
On arrival, porter took our luggage to our third floor room, staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was situated at the rear of the hotel in a quiet position. Hotel in a convenient position, close to the shops and restaurants, plus the added bonus of being close to the longboats where you can go the Railay Beach.

Staff told me they are unable yo provide supeor room for me, because elecities have some problem. and force me to move to another hotel which belong to the same group. I told her you should inform me, if i can't stay this hotel. but she reply me that she don't have any obligation to let me know in advance. but eventually anoher staff come to me and provide superor room for staing. it is so bad that they have supeoir rrom but want to stay another hotel far away from becah.
