Worst accommodation. Worst staff. It’s dirty. The room is full of molds. Everything is rusting. The hallway is dark. Feels like it should be tested for asbestos too. I do not know how they pass health and safety test. They charge a lot on service charge and tax. They charged me 1030HKD for a 6 nights stay. All the service done was taking the rubbish out. The staff got really mad for arriving midnight. I sent a message the flight was delayed. The photos on the website is VERY MISLEADING! I left the accommodation after 3 nights. The molds gave me asthma and cough. Terrible accomodation.

O quarto compartilhado que fiquei era bastante pequeno e as camas bem simples, o quarto é boa opção para quem está apenas procurando um local para dormir, sem conforto. Mas o atendimento e atenção na recepção foi excelente e é muito bem localizado.

Dirty. Lots of hidden charges.

The rooms are super dirty. Please do not book. 1.I dont recommend you to stay here. Also, there are a lot of hidden charges. The published price is very different from the actual cost. Upon arrival, you'll be charged extra that will cost you even more than what you paid upon booking online. 2. Room type. The room we booked was different from the room presented on site. We ended up booking another room from another hostel. I don't want you to go through the same hassle as my friends did. Also, don't let the front desk guy fool you. Be careful. Travel with caution. Please dont book at all.

I didn't like everything. Especially, the staff named Rose. She was not accommodating and over pricing. Tho, there's one staff that you can properly approach with your concerns, it's the old lady. I didn't got the chance to know her name but she was so kind. The room that Rose gave us was not comfortable, not clean, and the bed is for one person only (we booked for 2 persons and 1 Kid). We stayed there for 4days but no one cleaned and no one changed our bed and pillow cases and no towels available after all of these Rose, charged us with service charge.

The picture was different from the actual room. The room is very untidy, aircon is not even working well. I was supposed to have a vacation but it was a nightmare! My key deposit was not even returned to me. I had rashes all over my body, their beddings are dirty!! They did not even provide me towels for my 4 nights!! They are a scam! My booking included 2 beds with CR but they told me I only booked the cheapest room without cr and asked me to pay a huge amount so that I can have my own cr! The hostel smells bad!! Please ban this hostel!!! Shame on this property!!

À fuir.. Un cauchemars à 350 euros la nuit

Sale, limite insalubre. Accueil odieux. Un ascenseur pour tout l immeuble donc 15 min d attente à chaque passage. Chambres affreuses. Valeur 15 à 20 euros la nuit mais sûrement pas 350 e comme nous, avons payé. C est du vol

Uncomfortable stay

Please please please, this is not a good place to stay. We booked a 2 single beds with private bathroom and right when we were there they were giving us a single bed room with a common bathroom. We were explaining it to the receptionist but she was shhhing me saying "don't talk, don't talk, let me talk". She just kept on saying we paid for the room so it's okay but insist we have to pay more. We were tired, we were trying to argue but she wont listen. We had to pay HKD250 for service charge, HKD100 for room keycard deposit which was never refunded, and asking us to pay another HKD200 to upgrade the room to the one with private bathroom. It was really not a nice place to stay. When we entered the room, the was hideos and beyond comfortable. There was no bathroom door. The only thing that separates the bathroom to the bedroom is a small shower curtain that kept on falling off. We always had to secure the curtain everytime we have to use the bathroom. And when we took hot shower, the steam from the shower is all over the bedroom since there's no door. Even the floors are moist. No doormat from bathroom to bedroom and linens, good god the linens stink like afternoon sweat, as if it hasn't been washed. Then at 7am right when we were checking out to return the keycard, the reception was closed. Like where in the world can you find a hotel reception that is not 24/7 available?! We checked out ourselves, took the keycard with us, forget the HKD100 and promise to submit a feedback.
