The staff were all very nice and willing to take extra effort to make us feel welcome. Room is clean everyday and replenished every time. Downstairs is the mall and there is tons of shops, restaurants and one drugstore and one supermarket! You could have just stayed there and won’t need to go out.

Service is excellent. Room is clean and well appointed. Breakfast is a real feast of Chinese, Indian vegetarian, American and grunts and lots of pastries and Japanese cuisine. The location is the best and sits into of the metro. Staff is personable’ polite and professional.

Room was clean and spacious. my daughter was tickled pink by the bathroom/closet/trick door situation. You could open the door (no walk through) from the bathroom to the bedroom in front the sink counter. Or if you were hiding in the closet, you could pop into the bathroom via a secret mirror door. Only thing I could complain about was the usb-a plugs next to each bed instead of usb-c, we we had to go an buy more cables
