Keskitason hotelli hiljaisessa kaupungissa. Sijaonti erinomainen. Huone parhaat päivänsä nähnyt mutta puhdas. Aamiainen tuhti mutta sekin makujensa osalta keskinkertainen. Yhteenveto: sopii yhden yön majoitukseen.

Aikainen sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui, joskin maksoi 20€ mutta onnistui. Huoneet on ihan ok ja sijaintihan on paras mahdollinen Kouvolassa. Kaikin puolin mutkaton paikka. Erityismainintana minibaari! Siitä olin suorastaan haltioissani!

Huone huonokuntoinen, parketti oli pois paikoiltaan isot reiät pitkin lattiaa. Huone huonosti siivottu.

Hinta-laatusuhde ei oikein kohdallaan. 145 euroa keskiviikko-torstai väliseltä yöltä on hinta, joka vetää vertoja Helsingin keskustan majoituspaikoille. Hotellihuone oli jämähtänyt takavuosikymmenille, eikä varsinaisesti vastannut hintaa: moni moderni Omena Hotelli on puolet halvempi ja tiloiltaan viihtyisämpi. Palvelu muuten ystävällistä eikä fasiliteetit sinänsä olleet puutteellisia. Näillä hinnoitteluilla en valitettavasti kuitenkaan voi ajatella tulevani uudelleen.

Mukava, käytännöllinen majoittuminen. Palvelut äärimmäisen lähellä, esim. ruokakauppa ihan vieressä. Kuntosalipalvelut loistavat. Aamiainen erinomainen ja hyvin vaihtoehtoja tarjolla. Ystävällinen aulahenkilökunta.

Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja runsas. Huone ei ollut ihan hinnan mikainen, kylmä ja remontin tarpeessa. Henkilökunta hoiti asiat upeasti niin hotellissa kuin ravintolassakin. Hyvä sijainti ihan Kouvolan keskustassa.
