「My stay was very good in the day time, however at night it changed. There was one lady who was beautiful i believe her named started with a t. She was skinny with red hair and black glasses. Her customer service was perfect. There was a black big guy who was cool but was upset because his trainee was rude and i told him about it. When u spend 600 dollars for a hotel u expect great customer service. She stated she was ill but that is not my problem as im a customer and if i come to the front...
