「Rooms are well appointed and location is great but the age of the building shows. Any one even steps on the floor next to or above your room and it can be heard very loudly. Also, there is no street parking here. The website is not accurate. You have to park you car elsewhere and get your luggage here」

「在舊城內的住宿，好處是可體驗舊城氛圍，享受優美的港口景色，但缺點就是停車問題，舊城區只有早上7-9開放車輛開入，建議輕裝入住，拖行李太痛苦，尤其是退房時剛好遇到大暴雨～ 港口景的房間有的有陽台有的沒有，入住前建議確認一下，這次就住到沒陽台的，有陽台的會更棒」

During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.」

「很愉快的入住經驗！我們被upgrade到海景套房，景觀真的很好！樓下就是熱鬧的海邊，雖然我們住一樓，關上窗就已經聽不到外面的熱鬧了，隔音做得好好呢！房間有點小，但很有設計感~ 設備都很好，好喜歡~ 距離巴士總站走路要上十五分鐘，我們淡季前往的，沿車路走夜晚很靜很暗但安全的，沿海邊走就比較熱鬧光猛。」

「Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again」

「As specified already when booking, there’s no parking at the hotel but there is one that is not far from the hotel at a convenient walking distance which is the one recommended by the hotel. When I arrived, I was able to find a parking there. We were thankful for this recommendation by the Hotel. 」

「This hotel is situated directly on the port-the epicenter of everything happening in Chania. In hindsight, we probably should have expected a lively and very loud atmosphere. This is no fault of the hotel; people are on holiday and naturally want to enjoy themselves.
