There's plenty to like about the apartment -- it is well cared for and in excellent condition, location is extremely convenient, host is responsive and very helpful. His recommendations for what to see and eat were spot on. However, there's a couple of points to take note of if you're planning a visit. It is situated next to a bar that plays music until after midnight. This is all well and nice if you're a party animal, otherwise a pair of noise cancelling earphones will be very useful. The bathroom is also tiny. It's not a big deal for me, but if you're on the large side, it could be a deal breaker.

Great location in Old town Kotor. The owner gave us a warm welcome, gave us information and tips in going around the town. The room was spacious and cozy, it even has a little kitchen. The bathroom was a little small but manageable. Please note that there is a bar downstairs that plays music until around 1 am, however the room does a decent job of soundproofing. Overall our stay was great.

The owner was trully exeptional...first class service...room was all the things we need...didnt expect the cooker...shower could have been stronger but managrable...a bit noisy in the evening but to be fair enough it was the week they celebrated the anniversary of there independence...but overall we were a happy customer and I'll stay there again.

First of all, must give the host a big applause, he helped us with the luggages when we checked in and out, he recommended the restaurants and helped us to make a plan to visit the tourist attractions. And the Location is very convenient close to everything, ie bus terminal, grocery stores the most convenient is the place is right in the old town, making it easy to get around!

I had a really wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. The location is excellent- close to everything you need, with easy access to transport, shops and local attractions. The room was very well maintained and clean, providing relaxing space after a long day. It felt like home away from home. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive and genuinely kind throughout our stay. He provided us with instructions on how to get around, good food and restaurant recommendations and was available for any help whenever needed. Their hospitality made a big difference and added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value, and would definitely come back again!

Amazing 5 days stay in Kotor. Belvi studios is a step away to navigate varied historical areas of the old town and the nearby towns like Budva and Perast. The place is clean easy walk-up, safe and great for solo travelers. The WiFi connectivity is never a problem and has the opulence to streamline Netflix, YouTube and Prime with your personal account. There is ease in excursions (boat and bus) as organized tours can be found within the vicinity. The host Radonja took extra time to welcome and capsulized interesting points you may want to integrate in your plans. The recommended restaurant was superb (Roma) with delectable seafood menu. The coffee treat and tete-a-tete was extra and very personal to demonstrate the host’s hospitality to his guest! Will recommend highly and will definitely come-back! Abbi -New York, USA 🇺🇸

The host was absolutely amazing and really makes this place. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re all settled in nicely even carried my bag. The room is air-conditioned it’s quite old that quite comfortable. The only downside is it is above a cocktail place so it is quite noisy into the night. Maybe just bring earplugs in case. I guess the offset of that is its position very nicely in the centre of town and easy to get to the boat and climb the hill and have restaurants and cafes within reach.

The room is located right next to a very loud bar that goes on until the early hours of the morning. The beds are two sofas and the decor is a little outdated. Everything else was amazing. The host was incredible. He bought us coffee a few times in the cafe outside, he booked us on a boat tour and he was very informative.

The place was 10/10 amazing. Host was super helpful and gave us a complete walkthrough of the city to help us with our time there and his food recs were great. Amazing location too inside the walls. Plus he found us free parking like advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Emplacement parfait. L hote est d une rare courtoisie. Il nous a trouvé une solution gratuite pour le stationnement de la voiture (pas un détail à Kotor). Quelques petits détails au niveau du studio, sans grande importance ; le matelas est très confortable. Je recommande.
