旧市街の入り口にも程近く、それでいて閑静な住宅地のような場所にあります。 便利なのに静か、近くにスーパーやショッピングセンター、パン屋さんなどお店も揃っています。 (近所のショッピングセンターの上にあるレストランではチェバッピなどのバルカン料理も食べられます。) また、オーナーさんは穏やかで優しい方で、チェックインの際に小さなお庭に案内してくれて、お庭に生息しているリクガメさんたちを紹介してくれました(笑) 何かあったらなんでも聞いてと言って下さり、至れり尽くせり、お部屋も掃除が行き届いていて、ミニキッチンなどもあり、2泊しかしていませんがもっとのんびりしたいくらいでした。 このコスパなら激しくお勧めしたいと思います！

It was close to coffee shops, bakeries and lots of great restaurants. It was a block away from the Ladder of Kotor trailhead, which had amazing views. Also a block away from Old Kotor. Can not wait to return

Room was good, tidy. Staff's were polite and kind. The issue we had was with the bathroom which is small, the floor was almost wet when showered. There was no free parking nearby. Paid parking was found in a 7 mins walkable distance.

Yes. Only location is good. Size is very small. You have to squeeze in to enter the tiny toilet area. Wife does not work. Had to repeatedly make calls. I wasted my money. In fact expedia should refund me at least 50% as the apartment us not worth even 50% of cost I paid.

A lovely place to stay

We stayed five nights in a lovely apartment with its own garden setting, enhanced by a friendly cat and a family of tortoises. The apartment was located a short walk from the Old City, and nearby to a supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed, and in summer we enjoyed the gazebo. The owner was helpful and communicative.

Dragun was an excellent host at the tea rooms in Kotor. Surrounded by beautiful gardens the property is nestled into Kotor about a 3 minute walk from the old town gate, with a tremendous view of the fortress upon exiting the property- it didn’t get old the whole time we were there! Dragun went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. He even helped us out by kindly printing a bus ticket we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Dragun!

Just outside the city walls and at the start of the Ladder of Kotor hike. I had a nice room, although the bathroom was a little small. The Old Town is very close by and it's about 15 minutes walking to the main bus station.

Dragan was very caring and communicative. When my flight was canceled, they kept and extended my reservation free of charge. The location of the apartment is great, the Old Town was literally 2 minutes away. Moreover, it also has a parking lot. The room was clean and the furnishings inside were sufficient. Those who wish can cook simple meals here.

Excellent central location

The place was very clean and comfortable. Dragan, the property owner was very helpful with anything we needed. The only difficulty was the narrow parking space that was assigned to us. It was hard to get into, especially with standard (non-automatic) transmission. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as it is only a short walking distance from the entrance to the Kotor old town.

The place is roomy and clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. It is located within easy walking distance to the old town, groceries and other amenities. Note that if you are coming by car, the suite is on narrow streets in a hilly area. Some small suggestions for improvement would be to add an entry way coat rack with a rubber mat for shoes. Some shelving in the bedroom and shelving and hooks in the bathroom would also be appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and recommend to anyone as a base for exploring Kotor.

O Tea Apartment fica em uma área fora da muralha, a uma distância de aproximadamente 300 metros da entrada da cidade. Nice host, parking if you come by car

Super kind host. We arrived by car bigger than the parking spots he had. He then offered a bigger public space he had his car parked at The apartment has everything you need. Nice little garden with turles walking around. Kotor is beautiful so you will not spend time at the room. The room is very small but got a small kitchen with fridge and stove.
