「Whenever I go nainital, I prefer to stay in The Pavilion. Property location is very good,600-700 from main mall road. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very supportive. Food is delicious 」

「The property is very old. There was no floor mat in the bathroom, if we open the shower the whole bathroom gets wet. Since there is no mat it's becoming messy. Night until 1AM there was some program happening outside. It was so noisy so couldn't sleep. They can improve cleanliness 」
