Disappointing stay, scruffy apartment, location ok
We were quite disappointed with our stay. We arrived and only after contacting the property via phone, being asked to send a whatsapp message and sending proof of identity, were we given check in instructions and help actually finding the entrance to the property. Taxis will drop you outside an appartment/shop complex and it's not clear initially where to go. You are only given one access key, which you need to get in and out the building, and requests for a second one were denied, so if you're travelling as a group, you have to leave and arrive back at the same time which is quite limiting, especially for an appartment that can sleep 6. The apartment itself is quite scruffy, with limited effort having been made to clean it - cupboard shelves were all dirty and the countertop was really stained and it felt generally quite dingy. They also have bizarre blinds that do nothing to stop light flooding in so without an eye mask you'd have had bright lights from the communal building area opposite in your eyes all night. Location wise it was great for what we needed, you can get a very cheap taxi using the grab app, or it's a 25-30 minute walk to the waterfront bars or market. I would not stay here again for the price.

Property is pretty new, need to ensure a lock is installed at the balcony as it can be aeccable from the outside of the unit. Ensure CLEANED towels is provided. Had smelly towels delivered to us and there was no housekeeping on one of the day. Provide shower caps.

Best stay for FAMILY
The places was clean and look new. Good for big family to stay. A lot of restaurant and shop downstairs. Big shopping mall just right opposite walking distance 4 minutes. Good value for money.

The room was nice and it was a nice area. 24 hour shop downstairs and across from the shopping mall. Our only issue was with the service here. We sent a WhatsApp saying that there was an issue with our toilet and after they had come up to fix it we received messages basically giving out to us about it. They did apologise for this but when we told them the toilet was still not working correctly they just ignored us.

Very clean and good condition apartment.Staff was helpful and messaged us days before check in. Check in and check out was easy. The only bad point is the scenery outside the window -it was a dirty slum on stagnant water full of rubbish but it was also a good teaching point to the kids as they learn how other people live in poverty.

The building and the room is very new. It’s nearby downtown you can easily get a Grab to the city center and it only costs around 5RM. The staff cleaned our room every day when we were out and gave us clean towels. And the swimming pool is really nice. We contacted the staff on WhatsApp when we arrived the airport. And when we arrived the building, we still waited a round 10 minutes until the staff came downstairs to pick us up and do the check in. And because our flight of leaving was in the early morning, we need to check out around 4am the staff promised us she’s going to come to checked out around 3:40 but she didn’t show up until 4:10... so make sure you do a great arrangement with the staff. But the stay was really really nice 👍

It was a comfortable and great stay overall. We contacted the hotel/Service Apartment beforehand. They let us know how to get in through whatsapp and call. The interior was nice and new. Would recommend to others!

Bra pool.
Bra lägenhet med fin pool. Dock stängde poolen en hel dag för rengöring utan förvarning. Poolen ör högsta anledningen att välja detta boende. Information om incheck/utcheck alldeles för sent och saknades helt för poolen. Städning av köket undermålig. Underhåll undermåligt.

Nice viewing at this condo
This is a really good place where the scenary is awesome, able to see mosques and a small village on water. Plus the room itself is pretty clean and neat. I think it's 10/10. モスクや水上村が見れて景色がとても良いところです。部屋も綺麗で整頓されています。満点だと思います!!

솔직후기
처음에 예약을 예상했던 가격보다 비싸게 했어요 하지만 코타키나발루에 바다뷰를 보고싶어서 논 스모킹 룸에 예약을 했습니다. 그리고 체크인 당시 룸이 다 차서 다른 곳으로 업그레이드를 시켜주겠다는 말에 알겠다고 했고, 막상가보니 하루는 스모킹 룸에서 지내야하고 다음날옮겨서 다른 날의 방을 업그레이드 시켜준다고했습니다. 체크인을 할때 그 정보에 대한 것을 설명을 자세히 안해주었고 룸이 다 찼으니 그냥 그방을 쓰라는 말만 나왔습니다 이미 복도부터 담배냄새가 났고 방을 여자마자 옛날피씨방 담배 냄새가 나서 상당히 불쾌한 하루를 보냈습니다.바다뷰도생각보다 이쁘지않았구요 수영장 또한그냥 그랬어요.전반적으로 그전에 이용했던 더 저렴한 호텔이 좋아서 다시는 이용하고싶지않았습니다. (아그리고 체크인 당시 다른 의자에 앉아서 기다리시는 한국분들 이야기를 들었는데 그분들도 별로라고하더라구여 )아래 사진은 저희가 썼던 방의 바다뷰에요

수영장이 제일 좋았고, 위치도 공항과 시내 중간이라 괜찮았고, 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 카톡으로 문의하면 회신도 빨랐습니다. 한가지 가족끼리 가고 물놀이도 매일 했는데 수건 갯수 부족했고, 마지막날 청소할때 수건 안바꿔줘서 좀 불편했네요.

Its near Imago shopping mall, one of the largest in Kota Kinabulu. You have to contact the hotel before arrival coz there s no front desk. There is a great breakfast on ground floor and a 24-hour supermarket.

호스트의 부재로 체크인이 늦어지는 경우가 있다고 하여 걱정했으나 저희보다 미리 도착해서 기다리고 계셨어요. 상당히 친절하셨고 숙소 내 어매니티도 매우 넉넉해서 2박동안 묵는동안 따로 연락을 드릴 필요가 없었어요.건물 자체가 굉장히 크고 보안이 철저해서 묵고있는 타워 내에서만 이동이 가능해요.(건물 자체는 이어져 있으나 아파트의 동 같은 개념)이것 때문에 길을 헤메서 체크아웃 시간이 지나도록 사무실을 못 찾고 있었는데 직원분이 전화오셔서 굉장히 친절하게 안내해주셔서 감사했어요. 체크아웃 후 짐 보관도 가능해서 편리해요. 수영장도 사진으로 봤던 것 처럼 널찍하고 마음에 들었습니다. 아침보다 낮에 사람이 없어요. 가성비 좋은 숙박시설로 추천드립니다.

코타키나발루는 거의 새벽에 도착을 하는 비행기가 많은데 이곳은 24시간 프론트가 없어서 호스트가 연락이 온다는데 여행 당일에 연락이옴.

생각보다 너무 좋은 숙소! 강추입니다!
아주 괜찮은 숙소였어요!! 좋은 기억이 남아서 리뷰 남깁니다! 생각보다 방도 넓고 기대이상으로 침구도 깨끗했어요! 빨래도 할 수 있고(세제도 있음!) 에어컨도 4개나 있어요. 코타에서 묵었던 숙소 중에 제일 쾌적했습니다! 호텔스닷콤엔 프론트데스크가 없다고 나오는데 사무실이 따로 있구요, 체크인 하루 전에 예약한 핸드폰번호 카톡으로 안내사항이 옵니다~ 한국 뱅기는 다 밤도착이니 당연 레이트체크인도 됩니다. 문의사항은 호텔이랑 카톡으로 주고 받으면 바로 해결해줘서 편했어요. 그리고 수영장도 생각보다 넓고 깨끗하고 좋았어요! 이 숙소는 정말 생각보다 좋습니다! ㅋㅋㅋ 여기 묵고 리조트갔다가 다른 숙소 또 갔었는데 다들 방 컨디션은 여기가 최고였다며ㅠㅠ 그리고 이 건물 전체 보안이 참 좋다고 느꼈어요. 밤에 오면 가드들이 다 지키고 있고 출입도 꽤 철저히 관리합니다. 괜히 든든한 느낌이 들었어요. 위치는 좀 애매해요! 이마고몰 건너편인데 걸어서는 갈 수 없어서 그랩으로 가야하구 이 건물엔 한국마트랑 식당 몇개 뿐이라 숙소 근처에선 할게없어요! 그런데 밑에 말레이시아 가정식 식당이 꽤 괜찮으니 가보세용ㅋㅋㅋ 카야크로와상 굿 또 숙소 바로 뒤는 수상가옥이 있는 곳이라 새로운 풍경을 볼 수 있는것도 좋았습니다. 아침엔 닭이 모닝콜해주고 이슬람노래?같은게 흘러나오긴 하지만 거슬릴정도는 아닙니다.

수건에 얼룩이 있어서 조금 찝찝했습니다 그 외에는 모두 깨끗하고 좋았어요 저렴하고 방이 매우커서 만족해요 화장실도 방도 슬리퍼가 없으니 슬리퍼를 챙겨가세요 오피스에 계시는 분들도 친절하셨어요 하루 전날 비행기가 몇시 도착인지 카톡으로 확인차 연락주십니다

가성비 끝판왕 숙소!
생각보다 넓은 객실과 큰 수영장! 시설은 깔끔한 편이고, 호텔처럼 로비가 따로 없는것을 제외하면 편리합니다. 호텔 리셉션과는 카톡으로 의사소통 할 수 있어요. 다만 아직 공사중인곳이 몇군데 있고, 체크인+체크아웃 하는 사무실을 찾아가기 좀 난해합니다.

네이버 블로그에 후기가 별로 없길래 걱정했는데 '수테라 에비뉴'라고 치니까 많이 나오네요! 전반적으로 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 장 : 수영장 있음(물 깨끗함. 근데 까마귀가 물마시고 감). 위치 나름 좋음. 직원 친절함. 보안 철저. 숙소 깔끔. 욕실 물 잘나옴. 수건과 물 매일 갈아줌. 방음 잘됨. 아주 시원함. 단 : 더러운 수건을 갖다줄 때도 있었음. 6박을 묵었는데 자기들이 처리를 잘못해서 관광세를 덜 받아놓고 그걸 위해 우리가 시간을 내어 사무실까지 찾아갔어야했음.(처음 종이 줄 때 체크아웃 날짜 제대로 확인하세요!). 개미가 좀 많았음(근데 첫날에 살충제 잔뜩 뿌리니 그 후로는 잘 안나옴). 밤에 비행기 지나가는 소리 크게 남. 와이파이 개같음 단점을 좀 길게 적긴 했는데 장점에 비하면 아무것도 아닙니다! 개미를 극도로 싫어하시는 분이 아니라면 숙소 추천!

짐보관도 해줬구요 전체적으로 깔끔했어요 근데 손톱만한 벌레가 침실에서 나왔어요 그리고 화장실에 어메니티가 너무 부실해요 샴푸랑 바디워시같은게 아주 작은게있는데 전혀 거품도안나고 제 역할을 못해요 그래도 이가격에 수영장도 잠깐이용할수있었고 카드로 출입가능하다는점이 아주 마음에 들었어요 이마고몰을 택시타고 돌아돌아 가야한다는게 조금 아쉽지만 그래도 2인 2박에 10만원이면 만족스럽습니다. 그리고 짐보관도 사무실에서 해줬었구요 괜찮아요 나름이정도면

깨끗하고 편안한 가족 숙소
방이 크고 깨끗함. 3명이라서 싱글 더블 침대만 썼지만 더블침대가 하나 더 있는 방도 있으니 가족여행에 좋아요. 세탁기랑 인덕션 전자렌지 있고 매일 매일 청소 및 수건과 생수 리필해줘요. (세탁기가 고장나서 사용하기 힘들었지만 관리하는 다른 빈방에서 사용하게 해줘서 땀에 젖은 옷을 바주 세탁했어요) 1층에 22시까지하는 한국마트 작은게 있음. 옥상 수영장은 다우니 아침이나 오후에 가는게 좋아요. 단점은 바로 건너편에 있는 이마고몰에 건너가기 힘들다는 점(이건 말레이시아 도로가 보행자에게 불편하니) 때문에 언제나 그랩을 타야합니다.

이마고 몰, 공항 모두와 가까워서 좋았고, 방이 넓어서 좋았어요. 그런데 딱 그것만 좋았고, 체크인 2시에 하기로 해서 기다렸는데 다른 사람들 체크인 도와주고 올 때까지 기다리라고 해서 쩌죽을 것 같은 대기실에 앉아서 기다렸고, 들어갔더니 물바다에 아직까지 청소중이더군요. 하루 전에 연락와서 방 수리 중이니 옮겨야 한다해서 예약해놓은 투어픽업 및 샌딩 모두 꼬였구요, 공항이랑 가까운 만큼 비행기 소리가 매우 잘 들려요. 그리고 2일 예약했는데 너무 마음에 안들어서 1박 취소하고 싶다고 하니 이유 물어보고 규정상 안된다는 말 한마디 남기고 잠수 타더라구요. 불쾌했습니다. 그리고 안에 세면 용품 있다던데 조그마한 샴푸랑 바디워시 있었는데, 정 급하면 쓸 수 있을 정도의 질이었어요. 또 다른 친구들이랑 같이가서 방을 2개 잡았는데, 어떤 방에는 다음날 아침에 수건, 휴지, 물, 정리 다 해주고 다른 방에는 휴지랑 물만 주고 가던데 이게 도대체 무슨 서비스인지 잘 모르겠네요. 저라면 1~2만원 더 주고 다른 숙소 예약하라고 말씀드리고 싶습니다.

좋아요.
늦은 체크인이였는데도 기다려주셔서 감사했어요! 에어컨도 네개나 있고 화장대, 큰거울, 드라이기 있어서 편했습니다. 칼, 그릇이 엄청 깨끗하진 않지만 과일 먹을때 잘썼습니다. 진짜 좋은건 옥상에 있는 인피니티풀ㅠ 진짜 좋아요! sunset도 보입니다. 안좋은건 6명까지 잘 수 있는방인데도 불구하고 저흰 4명이 갔는데 수건이 3개밖에 없었습니다. 더 줄 수있냐고 요청 했지만 그만큼의 돈을 청구해야한다기에 각자의 수건을 썼습니다. 숙박하실분들은 개인적인 수건 가져가길 바랍니다. 저희는 아무 일도 없었지만 바로옆이 빈민촌이였습니다. 빈부격차가 엄청 심해보이는 곳이였는데 그래서 그런지 여기 묵고있는곳 경비가 엄청 철저합니다. 경호원들이 많아요. 그 빈민촌이 코타키나발루 지역주민들도 잘안갈만큼 위험한 곳이라고 하네요. 하지만 경비시설이 잘돼있어서 그런지 여자4명이서 잘 다녔습니다. 위치는 이마고몰 바로앞에 있어서 좋았습니다. 옆건물에는 세븐일레븐 편의점도 있습니다. 비행기 소리가 가끔 나지만 엄청 방해가 갈정도는 아니였습니다.
