"The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very nice !we enjoyed the spa and the room, but We had one problem in the room The AC wasn’t working and they sent us somebody to fix it but he couldn’t. When we ask for another room the lady said it was full and her solution to the AC problem was to open the window. We were very disappointed and couldn’t sleep because of the noise outside. Beautiful hotel but no AC."

"Bottom line, our room was so freaking hot that it made it absolutely miserable. Nice room but no air conditioner with almost 100° weather is unacceptable. And the second thing, the pool with that many people in a hotel does not accommodate guests at all!! An absolute COVID disaster! We cannot enjoy any of the accommodations, except for the breakfast. That pool needs to be a lot bigger with more room and space or regulate gas from going. Complete waste of money."

"The staff are nice. I booked a king size bed, but was given a full size or close to queen. My friend is 205 cm, the comforter and bed were too short. They didn't offer free Sauna with the hotel stay. You have to pay extra for sauna, which I find a little bit unreasonable considering paying for the hotel stay. Many other hotels have pool and sauna included in price. Walking to city was ok. Breakfast was good with nice view. "

"Location of the property in combination with the price is why this choice is a must. You are walking distance from the center. Rooms are clean and ok - due to the building a bit old if someone is walking around the floor above you , it is heard. Also during the summer, the rooms are getting quite hot, especially if you are in a higher floor. Would love to see different type of soap for shower. Breakfast was ok considering the price - would love to see some more bakery options like...

"Clean and quit Hotel a little further from the center of city Marianské Lazně. But local Bus station is just by the hotel... Nice garden restaurant. Wellness proogram is offered also... "Fantastic stay at this property! Overall room quality, condition and design was above our expectations. The location itself was incredibly convenient, about a 2 minute walk (1 minute if you run; 3 minutes if you have a lot of luggage) from a public parking lot across from the hotel. It’s also cheap at 300 CZK per 24 hour period. Highly recommend this property to families as it is well stocked with most household items a family would need, and the location is safe and close to grocery stores. "
