Bed was so uncomfortable that I didn’t get any sleep at all - springs were digging into me all night for 5 nights. Owner barged in on the first night because the air con was leaking into the restaurant downstairs… kinda expect to have air con in a hot country but I was terrified to use it incase we had night time visitors again letting themselves in… I ended up emptying the water myself so it didn’t flood downstairs and smashed my head so hard on the unit I was concussed… not good at all!! The cleaner woke us up at 7 am banging on the door and then letting herself in. The owner did apologise but still I just wanted to relax… The apartment wasn’t very nicely decorated and the terrace could be so much more inviting than it is. Very few amenities available - ran out of toilet paper - no iron - 2 hobs to cook on - nothing to clean clothes - no microwave. May as well stay in a hotel. Overall dissatisfied would love to get some money back on this - I actually looked at leaving on the first night but I wasn’t much available to move to…. Would not stay again.

Annoula Apartments and Studios Kardamena

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Kardamena, Kos. Our accommodation was top floor of Annoula Apartments. George and Natasha were very easy and lovely owners to deal with. The photos on any website don’t do it justice. Our 1 bedroom apartment had a balcony the size of a small garden. Equipped with picnic bench, 4 garden chairs and 2 large sun beds. The washing line was hidden around the corner. The bedroom had a comfortable double bed, washing up sink (with cloths and liquid). The bathroom led off from the bedroom with a hairdryer just outside the door so you could do your hair in the bathroom mirror. Very thoughtful. The main room had 2 big single beds, a kitchen table and 4 chairs, 2 rings for cooking, kettle, toastie maker, large fridge freezer. Free aircon in both rooms. Wardrobes, shutters and fly screens on every window and main door. Whilst the stairs weren’t for those with mobility issues the views and location overlooking the sea were wonderful. The apartments are situated above Anna’s, right on the beach front. Shout out to Steve, Su (Anna), Stavros (Steve), the lovely Alania (I hope that’s the right spelling) and Steve’s mum. Lovely place to eat drink and be merry before using their sun beds if you wish. We had a great time. Thank you.

Natasha the owner was amazing, pre arrival email explaining how the apartment worked, there is no reception so you will meet her to get the keys, the apartment had everything you needed, a bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, bathroom, kitchen, table with chairs and A/C. For that price it was amazing. Location wise, stunning as well. We had a little balcony, imagine having breakfast with the sea at literally 2 meters away from you. Beautiful place, will definitely be back one day. Only little downside not related to the property, at night time the noise of the sea can get a bit annoying, the first night it was a windy, and we only slept a hour, but we got hear pads at the local supermarket and it went beautifully well for the rest of the stay. I would really recommend to stay here! Plus you get free sunbeds at the nearby restaurant if you eat or drink.

Great value stay in fab location with sea views

Had a great stay in Kardamena and pleased with my choice of accommodation. Annoula is right on the beach and most rooms have sea views. Check in was fine and my room was cleaned almost every day. All the bars and restaurants are on your doorstep and free parking close by. Hope to return soon

Excellent!

“Annoula apartments” is amazing. We lived in big apartment which had everything we need and even more. Very spacious rooms, comfortable zone for cooking. Balconies with sea view. It is located on the beach with soft sand, lots of sunbeds and a very good restaurant. Overall it is one of the best places We’ve ever been and definitely the best in Kardamena or even the whole island if you come need calm place, good beach and tasty food.

Superb

The apartment was very well kitted out with a large fridge/freezer ,air conditioning and a wonderful sea view. Our rooms were cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels done by very friendly staff.our departure was very late but we were given tithe apartment until eight in the evening for a small fee for the cleaners and a taxi ordered for the same time. I know more expensive hotels not to do so much for you. We will,are, booking again for next year. Just to watch the full rise over turkey is worth it all .yamas

Великолепный спокойный отдых

Великолепно отдохнули от городской суеты! У нас был семейный четырехместный номер, отдыхали втроем: семейная пара и ребенок 3года, расположили нас на 2 этаже над рестораном. В номере есть все необходимое, замечательная ежедневная уборка. Дмитрос - очень приятный и милый хозяин. Вылет у нас был в 17.00, т.е. в аэропорту надо было быть примерно в 15.00, учитывая, что ехать всего 15 мин, нам Дмитрос разрешил выехать позже, как раз примерно около 15.00. Удобно месторасположение, рядом центр Кардамены, свой пляж с бесплатными зонтиками и шезлонгами, спокойное море, удобный заход в море, привезенный песок. Огромное спасибо Дмитросу и остальному персоналу этих апартаментов! Мы остались очень довольны, до сих пор вспоминаем великолепный отдых! Также хотим выразить благодарность Ставросу - хозяину ресторана и его персоналу, даже в номер нам ужин доставляли, когда лень было спускаться))))

Lovely hotel on beach

I loved my stay at Annoula apartments. My plane was delayed and despite it being night time, Dimitrios was there to greet me. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. The apartment is located on the beach and all I could see was the sparkling blue of the Aegean sea. There is a cute restaurant Anna's below who give a discount to guests.

Har varit i Grekland många gånger men aldrig bott så underbart med stranden precis utanför dörren. Rena fina lägenhetet och en jättetrevlig och hjälpsam ägare.

La camera non era affatto come descritta e ci siamo ritrovate a dormire nella veranda di un Bar/ristorante perchè situata al piano terreno! Con unica finestra affacciata sotto il tendone del locale!!! Terribile, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare e poter andare in una stanza come da descrizione, ma era tutto prenotato e ci hanno fatto vedere una camera in un altro recidence più lontano ed ancora più vecchio del primo! Per fortuna avevamo stampato la descrizione, perchè il proprietario cercava di convicerci che sul sito la descrizione degli studios fosse chiara. Abbiamo chiesto di poter recedere, ma ci avrebbero addebitato ugualmente il costo della prenotazione.Valutazione negativa!

Stanza a due passi dal mare

Ottima posizione,solo le stanze su strada,hanno problemi di rumori.la notte non si riesce a dormire dai motorini e persone che passano e mangiano al ristorante!!per il resto comodo anche se pica privacy perché la finestra della stanza e balcone fronte ristorante!comodo per la vicinanza dal centro e prezzo!

Lejligheden ligger 15 m fra stranden, men man skal tværs over en gang-/cykelsti og en strandrestaurant. Dog ingen larm om aftenen. Dejlig udsigt, to værelser, to balkoner - pæn indretning og daglig rengøring. Lidt for dyrt hvis man kun er to.
