Great stay

Great apartment right near the beach. The manager was very kind and ordered us taxis to the airport and let us check in early so thanks very much. Basic accommodation but excellent value for money great spot.

Fantastic place

Stay was perfect we arrived late due to flight delays but checking in was simple, cold water in fridge for arrival, aircon, nice and clean will definitely be back!

Fabulous place with

Wonderful place, near the pier, the beach and the restaurant with spacious and well equipped rooms. Sarris the owner was super helpful from the first text after my booking, and hyper mega helpful when he heard my journey to the hotel went a bit wrong. Would definetly stay again and recommend to anyone to do so.

Wonderful location, short walk to long sandy beach and many restaurants and shops. Yiannis was very prompt to meet us and check us in and drove us to the airport. Nice patio looking across to ocean. The room had two twin beds with rather firm mattress. Otherwise everything was great.

We chose these apartments for their location as we were getting an early ferry to Kalymnos. Although dated our apartment was clean and comfortable with very good air conditioning. Our only issue was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower room but we were only staying one night so we didn't report it.

Excellent access to port for ferry. In a quiet location. Lovely sea view. Clean room. Great communication with owner. However the beds and pillows are rather hard.

Convenient stay over for ferry.

Great location for the ferry, beaches and small town. Plenty of parking outside property. Comfortable rooms, adequate kitchen, good bathroom. Small balcony with chairs and drying rack. Large flat screen TV with good choice internet channels, like Netflix, news, etc.

This is a basic but clean apartmrnt in a good location on the flat opposite the sea. Only a very short walk to beach with nice tavernas. We didnt use the kitchen area much but great to have a kettle and fridge

Great for overnight stay

This hotel is right on the water as you walk off the boat at the port of Mastichari. It was so convenient. The manager came to us with a key immediately! He was awesome!

Property perfectly sited in heart of Mastichari. Welcome at airport by Michael and son. No criticism whatsoever as they made us feel welcome. Problem is with the local authorities who for many years have allowed the area around the pier to smell strongly of raw sewage. I feel very sorry for owners such as Michael who, try their best but seem to be hampered by a local authority who do not care.

Handy location

We stayed one night following an evening arrival and the property was very. Close to the ferry for our onward journey. Easy to find and clear instructions had been sent so we were able to access the studio. It was basic but comfortable with everything that we needed for a short stay. There was an issue with power as our studio no electricity. It was resolved quickly after phoning the office. A nice balcony with a view over the harbour. Not a problem but be aware to settle the bill the office is closed by but a five minute walk away. Certainly somewhere we would use again

Plus: close to Harbour and Kalymnos-Ferry. Big rooms (quite empty) 2. The Agency was helpful and responded to my needs ( for ex. reservation of a taxi to the airport) Negativ: very unpleasant light and colours. Furniture ugly and very used (like old fashioned Youth hostel). Door to veranda defect - I could not open it. - No lamps outside/ the way to the street not illuminated in the night. Obviously nobody cares for the garden. - In this part of Mastichari terrible smell. Ugly view to a big parking.
