It was our second stay at this hotel and if we hadn't had a good stay the first time, we would never have gone back. But the hotel was easy to use, easy to find, easy to book, reasonable cost and reasonable facilities. It will never be a 5-Star Hotel, but it doesn't pretend to be either! We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Kortrijk and there definitely will be a next time.....

Tout c'était bien passé jusqu'au jour où nous sommes rentrés à l'hôtel l'après-midi vers 15h pour nous changer car nous participions à une exposition internationale en ville. Nous avions quitter notre chambre à 9h avec le carton sur la porte de la chambre avec la mention qui permet aux femmes de ménages de la nettoyer . En rentrant nous avons enlever le carton de la porte. Au bout de quelques minutes on a sonné puis rapidement une femme de ménage est entrée pour faire son travail . Je lui ai dit t'attendre quelques minutes le temps de laisser la chambre libre. Elle a téléphoné à son manager qui est arrivée et nous a expliqué que le ménage était effectuée en priorité dans les chambres des départs! Le soir vers 22h30 lorsque nous sommes rentrés et nous avons découvert que le ménage n'était pas fait ( le lit, pas de serviettes propres...). Je suis allé à l'accueil pour le signaler et récupérer des serviettes. Nous sommes très déçus de cet état de fait . Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel. Bien sûr nous rayons cet hôtel de notre liste.

Lukten på badrummet var ingen trevlig upplevelse. Det är typ av fukt eller avloppslukt som inte hör hemma på ett hotell. Hotellet funkar för att det är närma mässan i Kortrijk. Inte speciellt gästvänlig personal heller tyvärr. Mattan var hellre inte en dröm att mötas av på rummet!

Gedateerd maar kan kan nog net

Beetje verouderde staat. Vloerbedekking vies en oud, gordijn zaten gaten in . Wifi geeft een veiligheids certificaat foutmelding, dit zou niet mogen anno 2025. Voor de rest is de wifi wel redelijk. Ontbijt is prima. Restaurant is beperkte menu keuze maar acceptabel.

Goed berijkbaar met de auto. . We nemen dit hotel altijd als we op familie bezoek gaan of als we naar Lille gaan . Gewoon om te overnachten. Saaie omgeving alleen een pizza hut en een mac donalds in de buurt en een bioscoop. Rustig hotel . Vriendelijk personeel.

Run down room. Sketchy food service not consistent food presentation breakfasts and dinners when ordering same thing Sometimes bread served sometimes no. Breakfast had hard boiled eggs some days and not other. Horrible acoustics -very loud overcharged one night. -was charged for a drink never delivered.
