Rezeption: sehr unterschiedlich hilfreich.

Eincheckzeiten zu kundenunfreundlich!!! Obwohl zum 3. Mal im Hotel - immer vom Golfhotel Balmer See kommend - konnten wir nicht vor 15 Uhr einchecken. Es wurde auch kein Versuch unternommen, einmal beim Housekeeping anzurufen. Das nächste Jahr werden wir dann gleich am Balmer See bleiben, um keinen Tag zu verlieren.

Guter Ausgangspkt. für Unternehmungen

Besuch der Kaiserbäder (Bansin, Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck) sowie das nähere Umland. Gute Möglichkeiten auf Wasser und Straße. Wetter und Luft super!

Insgesamt sehr schönes Haus und überwiegend liebe, aufmerksame Mitarbeiter! Wir waren nur 3 Nächte dort - sind davon aber leider 2 nicht zur Ruhe gekommen, weil andere Urlauber ihre Balkone / Terassen zum längeren "Sit in" genutzt haben. Wir denken, dass es in Ordnung wäre, wenn schon ein Nachtportier im Haus ist, er auch ein wenig für Ruhe sorgt...

Ideal für Golfer

Man kann zu Fuß zum Golfplatz gehen aber auch gute Exkursionen über die Insel möglich. Diese bietet einges Sehenswertes, Kaiserbrücke, Forsthaus und wer billige Kleidung möchte fährt auf den Polenmarkt.

Komfortables Hotel

Ein sehr hübsches Hotel, sehr sauber und ruhig. Freundliches Personal, große Ausstattung und viele freizeitmöglichkeiten. Swimmingpool im Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Frühstück sehr lecker und eine große Vielfalt. Ein minuspunkt für die lage des hotels, leider weit weg vom Strand und ein Problem wenn man mit fahrrad unterwegs ist und es dunkel wird, da man paar km durch ein Wald muss.... etwas verwirrend. Aber sonst top Hotel

Gutes Hotel mit viel Komfort

Gutes Hotel mit schöne Zimmer. Wir hatten aber das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt am Parkplatz so, dass wir keine schöne Aussicht hatten. Der Spa Bereich ist ganz gut nur gibt es beim Pool viel zu wenig Liegen. Das Personnal beim Frühstück und im Hotel war ganz freundlich nur beim Restaurant am Golfplatz was zum Hotel gehört war eher unfreundlich (wir wurden 4 Mal erinnert, dass um 21:00 die Küche schließt und wir uns bitte beeilen sollten mit der Bestellung sonst bekommen wir kein warmes Essen mehr).

Wir können das Hotel wirklich empfehlen. Es hat alles super geklappt, das Frühstück ist ausreichend, die Zimmer super sauber und vor allem sehr groß - das Personal sehr freundlich! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt :-)

Hög standard och utmärkt frukost

Bra standard på hotellet med en utmärkt frukost dessvärre är resturangen stängd april-oktober så man får gå ca 500m till golfklubben för att äta.gott om parkeringar.

In schöner Umgebung, beheizter Aussenpool, sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht trotz polnischer Herkunft perfekt deutsch. Zum Restaurant muss man das Haus verlassen, bei gutem Wetter kein Problem. Leider hatte die Bar geschlossen.

Modernes und sehr gut gelegenes Golfhotel mit einem kleinen, aber schönen Wellnessbereich. Es gab sogar eine Außensauna mit Blick auf den Golfplatz und einen beheizten Aussenpool. Das Restaurant ist wegen der wenigen Aussenplätze im Sommer am Abend geschlossen, dafür gibt es aber die Möglichkeit, im nahen Golfclub Haus zu speisen. Ein weiterer Tipp ist das ca. 100 m weiter entfernte Restaurant Idyll am Wolgastsee. Sehr empfehlenswert! Für Golfer ideal gelegen.

Nettes Osterfest

Es geht noch besser

Das Hotel ist modern und hell eingerichtet. Die Komplettsanierung des Hotels vor einigen Jahren hat sich geloht. Der Saunabereich ist hell und hat eine gute Größe. Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut, aber für ein 4 Sterne etwas schwach. Zu oft werden die Gäste mit einem Abend-Buffet abgefertigt. Das Servicepersonal wirkte sehr unorganisiert. Die Frühstückbuffetecke ist genauso wie die Zweiertische sehr klein. Das geschnittene Obstangebot war Mangelhaft. Durch die Nähe zu den 3 Kaiserbäder hat man sehr gute Kulinarische Ausweichmöglichkeiten.
