"Property is aging with no apparent care to fix it. Running off the Who gives a crape model people still come here . If more family oriented places like the big 4 s where here that run at a lower cost with better facilities this place would die. I met people that travel to coffs for relaxation and they pay for this"

"This was more of a resort than a hotel. Check-in was easy. We got in late and left early, so we didn’t get to see much of it, We enjoyed walking to the beach. We booked a three bedroom, which technically we received, but one bedroom was across the hall."

"The rooms can do with a update, no smart tv, no microwave, not even any spoons for coffee. Plus need to do something about the smell in foyer. Staff friendly and helpful. Pretty clean and tidy."
