The residence is in a good spot, easy access to the beach and a nice walk to Korčula’s old town. The grounds are pleasant. The townhouse itself feels a bit outdated, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did not use any of the facilities or try the breakfast. Overall, a convenient base for exploring the island.

The property was big enough for our family of 5 with good facilities (2 bathrooms woth showers) and clean. The staff were also very good. The walk to the old town was about 25 mins but mostly flat. There was also the options of the water taxi and a golf buggy. The teenagers enjoyed the pool areas and inflatables.

4 nights enjoyable stay!

Enjoyed our stay, would recommend for those looking for a budget good 3 star hotel near Korcula old town. Really liked the 3€ water taxi running all day to old town. Loved the view from our apartment, however, I think not all units would the same view. It is more of a resort for families and older couples, but that is Korcula island in general. Car rental on property was handy! Don’t have high expectations about house keeping, however, on check in apartment was clean.

The swimming pools were nice. The trees and flowers around the property were beautiful. The kids had enough activities to do. The location is great. The property needs some maintenance. I didn’t like finding ants in our unit.

The apartment was better than expected. The property is quite old but has been maintained well and it appears that the bathroom has been refitted recently. Check in was very efficient and quick.

The Location is veryclose to the ferry and groceries. Close to old town centre. Terrible parking and getting around the resort and people park in the driving lane and the maintenance can oarks in the middle of the lane so no car can possibly get by which is so ridiculous.

Great hotel. Stayed in a 1 bedroom unit. Ask for upper level for additional privacy. The infinity pool was clean and well maintained. 2 beaches...one pebble and sand. Beaches were clean and amazing for a swim. We did not do the all inclusive option. Had the buffet dinner. Was tasty with a nice selwxtion of hot and cold items. Had one dinner at the " fine dining option" on the beach. It was ok. Spent lots of ti.e at the beach bar/casual dining restaurant. Great relaxed atmosphere for a drink. The water taxi is availlable at dock for a quick teip into old town. 3euros. Would highly recommend this resort.

The property is part of a large resort including many buildings and shared infrastructure. Pools and beach areas are well maintained and pleasant. There are various bars and dining options on premises. There are activities for children. We also liked it being within walking distance (2.3 km) to Korcula Old Town, the ferry terminal (1 km) and a grocery store (across the street). The apartments (residences) are clean and reasonably well mantained but they start to look a bit dated. There is only one AC split unit for the whole apartment.

The apartment is inside the hotel, which is great because you can access all the amenities. The place is focused on families with kids, with plenty of activities for children, so keep that in mind if you don’t want to be around kids. The pool was my favorite part; it’s beautiful, and it has a bar inside the pool, which is fantastic. The only downside was the air-conditioner in the apartment. They only have one air conditioner in the living room, so the A/C did not reach the bedroom. It’s a very hot island, so you need A/C to sleep. We needed to put the mattress in the living room to sleep. We don’t mind because we are young people, but consider this. Overall, it was a good experience; the staff is very friendly and ready to assist whenever you need it. Regarding the location, you need to transport by water taxi, taxi or by renting a car or motorbike. The hotel is not within walking distance from the old town or anywhere else.

Excellent location right a water taxi stop, very friendly staff and fantastic value. Great little beach restaurant on the water. 2 pretty pools. Lots of activities for kids. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment - comfortable, AC and kitchen. Great grocery store directly across the street. Resort could use updating, but otherwise, a fantastic place to stay to enjoy all Korcula and nearby islands have to offer.
