「A very pleasant experience for me. It is a homestay and not a normal hotel. The owner is very courteous and the location is quite good for my purpose. Also, it's in a residential area and I get fresh air by opening the large windows in my room. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a homely feeling away from home. 「Service with employees was kind of down . Front reception person was not greet full . Overall experience below average since the weather was warm the Holloway was warn because they were saving the power bill money .」

「The listing was deceptive and inaccurate. The enlisted hotel phone number was wrong. Even the Expedia customer service representative could not contact them. Efforts to contact the hotel failed because of that. When I found the correct number on Google and called, I was told that the shuttle was not available at 3 AM to pick me at the airport. Yet the listing made no mention of what times it is available. They could not cancel my reservation either. 」
