The staff at the hotel can’t do enough for you. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Great location and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of New York so we slept really well with no disturbances.
Gym is quite small but is stocked with good equipment.
Rooms are on the smaller side but this is New York so very expected. Loved the furnishings of the room, felt cosy and very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was solid but wish they had more hot options.

Attentive, friendly staff and location were excellent for a weekend stay while attending the theater. The property’s lighting throughout the hotel seemed unnecessarily dark. Overall would recommend.

"The room was listed with AC but clearly this is an error. Check-in instructions on Expedia are nonexistent, and necessary, especially if arriving by bus as there is no phone signal in the area. The food is ok (you are a bit of a captive market there) but expect a lot to be missing from the menu. ..."
