「It was a very nice hotel, so far the best I have seen in Kon Tum」

「This is a wonderful hotel! It’s a little bit out of town which adds to the charm, in its own little neighborhood including a rong house of the local ethnic group. We were lucky to be there while the rong house had an all-day festival! Very relaxing and comfortable place!」

「No toilet paper available during the stay, also they didn’t do your check in with your personal information when you arrive. No towels, no spa even they said there is but I don’t see it. Disappointing. 」

「The hotel is nothing like the pictures. Positives: 24hr check in Location was safe and quite Decent aircon Negatives: -Out of 11 lights only 2 worked - balcony was full of cigarettes - bed was hard - house keeping came at 8am they would knock repeatedly (without stopping) to wake you up. So never got a good sleep as would have to wake up to tell them no. House keeping should be from 11am onwards - didn’t have a don’t not disturb signs - hotel stunk of cigarettes - Ants were everywhere...

「Accueil froid, indifférence du personnel, aucun sourire ou enthousiasme à donner un service au client. Forte odeur d'égouts venant constamment de la salle de toilette et de la chambre. Petit déjeuner buffet 2 journées sur 10. Nourriture insipide, pas fraîche et pas bonne. Personnel du service au déjeuner vraiment médiocre, ne sont pas intéressées à leurs tâches et encore moins aux clients, personnel non compétant, non professionnel. Seulement les dames pour le ménage des chambres sont intéressés...

「Staff wrongfully accused us of stealing a hair dryer without checking. Assuming is not a good way to run business, but facts and evidence does. Do not even think about accusing people unless you have grounds. Lucky that we already checked out before this happened. When family member came to pick up the bike, he was given an inconvenience, staff locked up his bike and was forced to wait.
