Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. "Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"The staff at this hotel, both Reception and at Breakfast, were excellent. Very friendly and willing to assist when required. This hotel is so well located in the centre of Oberstdorf. "The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. Check-in went smoothly and we were offered a nice beverage upon arrival. The room is spacious and very clean with many of the necessary amenities.
