「Vårt bokade rum hade ingen AC och kunde inte öppna fönstret. Fick betala en uppgradering till en suite. Suiten var mörkt och saknade viss belysning. Badrummet saknade avställningsytor. I övrigt ett bra hotell som vi besökte även förra året. Bra utgångsläge centralt i stan. Stannade 4 dagar.」

Erg goed en compliment voor de optie tot green choice, bij 2 nachten of geer kies je ervoor om niet iedere dag je kamer te laten schoonmaken. Wat beter voor t milieu is en ze bieden je hiervoor een drankje aan. 1 puntje, jammer dat er qua duurzaamheid dan kartonnen bekertjes op de kamers staan. Maar zal zn reden ook hebben neem ik aan. Verder goed verblijf gehad en comfortabele ruime kamer. 」

「Fijn schoon hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Ze straalde ook uit dat ze er voor iedereen waren. Een echte aanrader. Super ontbijt en de warme maaltijd was ook lekker. De kamers waren schoon en van alles voorzien. De bedden lagen prima. De kamer die we toegewezen kregen lag bij een afzuiging wat we niet prettig vonden. Na overleg kregen meteen een andere kamer. 」

「Check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. Staff went the extra mile to assist when we had to make an international call to sort out our flight. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Wished we had more nights there! 」

「Good hotel in walking distance (15 min) to city center. The website is a bit unclear but there is no reception so you call when you are at the hotel and they remotely let you in. Which works fine. The room is fine although you do hear the neighbors answering be you clearly. But all in all a good choice and decent price/quality. 」

「At first, we were taken aback at the un-staffed hospitality concept but we got used to this after we checked in and found it an innovative option. There is always someone present behind the counter during breakfast hours and there are cleaners as well. The hotel has a contemporary, modern feel to it. The seating areas on the ground floor give it a safe and comfortable ambiance, almost like coming home after a day of sightseeing. The staff were well organised and friendly, always helpful. If...
