"OmG. Very arrogant and adamant staff. Very authoritative at checkin. Won’t even give an iron. One will say we don’t have iron. Other will say we don’t do it. Third will reluctantly give the iron but no board to iron on. Sticky floor and stickier slimy bathroom floor. Dirty towels. No water bottle ..."
