「Our experience with this property was very disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained – dirty bedsheets, pillows, and bathrooms with no proper housekeeping. The refrigerator didn’t work, and there was no kitchenette, which added to the inconvenience.
On top of that, the location listed on Expedia was misleading. It showed the property to be close to the U.S. Consulate, but in reality it was almost 10 km away. This caused us a lot of unnecessary travel hassle.

「As good as the pictures represented the hotel rooms. Very clean rooms, daily service on request because the staff wanted to protect the privacy, 8am breakfast Idli/Vada. Location being prone to too much traffic and the incessant honking from the lorries and the tourist buses was a bit annoying during night time - but we got used to it after our 3rd night stay. Hotel manager was friendly and accommodative and treated us with ultimate respect.」
