「Harbor Winds is a nice hotel that is smack dab on the waterfront and walking distance to numerous places to eat, shop, or just watch the water. Although on the smaller side, the rooms were clean. Hotel did get new facelift in areas but the hotel still could use an upgrade to all the flooring. 「I did not stay here despite my reservation and request a full refund of my money. Trying to check in after the posted ‘check in’ time, no one was the desk for 30 minutes of bell ringing. Returning two hours later, still noone there for another 30 minutes. I finally called the number on the front door(no where near the desk) and was told they did not have a reservation in my name.
