A great oasis, away from the madness

second time for us. Pro's - great staff, friendly manager, great food, it's isolated (but if you get the grab app you can get a cab to lamai) and great villa. For improvement- no mats on the beds around the pool or cushions on the sitting area. The decking has also seen better days and needs repair. We still enjoyed it lots, good value for money.

Spahotell med duktig personal.

Trevlig personal som tog hand om sina gäster väl.Rekommenderar dock pool villa framför garden villa om man vill ha det lite mer bekvämt.Frukosten var fantastisk med ett stort utbud då man även kunde beställa fritt från meny.Anläggningen är i behov av renovering då det var lite slitet.Svårt att få tider till behandlingar i deras spa som vi hade inkluderat i vårt pris.

Das Personal war unschlagbar freundlich! Die Spa Anwendungen sind sehr zu empfehlen und werden professionell durchgeführt. Das Mobiliar ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Bad ist mega verkalkt. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war täglich nur oberflächlich. Ein Kaffeefleck hat uns die ganzen 10 Tage begleitet. Ein Trinkglas welches versehentlich zerbrach wurde uns mit 150thb in Rechnung gestellt.

La estancia fue exquisita, el lugar es maravilloso y el personal que trabaja en el hotel es muy agradable y atento. La villa, muy bonita, grande espaciosa comoda. necesitan acuatlizar los televisores. el desayuno muy bien, completo. pero algunos días faltaba producto fresco. los cristales en general de todo el hotel están muy sucios. tienen que limpiarlos mas y mejor. cuando haces el check in son muy simpáticos. pero no explican o no dan suficiente información de los servicios que pueden ofrecer. como alquilar una motocicleta. hay que preguntar para todo. el spa muy bien, teníamos todos los tratamientos incluidos. algunos tratamientos faciales podrían ser mejor. los masajes buenos el peronal muy amable. en general la experiencia muy positiva, definitamente repetiría. es un lugar donde la tranquildad reina por todos los rincones.

Overall it's pretty comfortable. Very private. Location is not the most convenient. Service is very good. There's only one restaurant at the resort. It's pricy compare to most of the restaurants on the island. Food is average. When we first entered our villa, there was a big area of staining on the floor. I asked about it, they told me it was part of the flooring.......

Beautiful and quiet resort.

rooms were great, beautiful and clean. breakfast was good but if you could provide a selection of halal menu would be a plus point for the Muslims to stay in your resort. Overall was a pleasant stay with good services and friendly staffs. Only one thing i wasnt happy about was the all inclusive spa treatment given. took a deepcleansing package for 45mins but the treatment was done for only 25mins. the foot massage wasnt like a massage. quite dissappointed with the spa but overall the stay was pleasant.

位置偏遠，但六星級的舒適，一流的服務

以整體來說，X2需說是十分偏遠，但服務一流的酒店 所謂的十分遍遠，就是我們這次在查汶大街過去，我們撘車就用了差不多一個小時才到。然後到了就發現酒店的所在地根本就是居民的住宅區，完全不接近旅遊區，酒店附近沒有便利店，也沒有餐廳，到了晚上幾乎就只能留在酒店裏。 在入住的時候，職員給了我們一人一個椰皇，椰皇的鮮甜到現在還記憶猶新，之後就如其他酒店一樣，職員領我們入房，替我們搬行李。 X2的房間是以小屋形式的，在小屋外還有一道大門，酒店在入住時就會一次過的把兩條鎖匙交給我們，私隠度十足。我們訂的是Garden Villa，進了大門就是小屋了，小屋內空間十分足夠，我們共有三人入住，酒店給我們添加了一張厚厚的床褥，和房間原本的床一樣舒服，我們都睡得很好。房間的設施都很齊全，唯一就是沒有牙刷和牙膏，好像是泰國這邊沒有習慣提供刷牙用品。因為酒店周圍都種了很多樹木和花草，到處都有蚊子，幸好我們訂的是Garden Villa，要是Pool Villa有泳池的，一定會更多蚊子。 當初選擇X2最大的原因就是酒店的Free Unlimited Spa Treatment，相信沒幾個女生可以抗拒得了吧？但是實在說，沒可能真得不停得做，皮膚和肌肉都受不了得。如果大家都是為了這個而來，那請大家在預訂了酒店之後，就早點通過電郵與酒店那邊去預約，跟酒店那邊聯絡。電郵聯絡的好處就是一來免除了語言上的障礙，以免大家尷尬，二來就是早點訂就未免時間滿了失望。至於酒店有那些Spa Treatments做，大家可以到X2的官網去找找看，有一個PDF清楚明所有服務。但就我個而言，就感覺在這裏做按摩不太舒服，就是感覺技師沒有很用心在按，之前在查汶大街的Spa也好像比這裏的按摩好一些。但是在這邊做Treaments感覺是不錯的，用料也很充足。 酒店還有租供單車和電單車的服務，我們是有租用過單車，是免費的，電單車就不清楚了。租用單車的過程很簡單也很方便，不用登記，沒有查房號，也沒有限制什麼時候交還，就直接給了鎖單車的鎖匙，職員教了一下，就讓我們直接踩了出去了。前面說過，酒店的位置很偏遠，我們踩了有十分鐘，才到了最近的便利店（是全家便利店），所幸對面有一家餐廰，食物也不貴，晚餐就這樣解決了。 這個酒店我們都很滿意，唯一的不好就是位置不好

Fourth stay here the front office & spa staff are amazing. The inclusive spa treatments were heaven. On this occasion we did find the restaurant meals not that are appealing & staff seem to not completely understand orders. A healthy revamp of the restaurant menu to blend in with spa wellbeing theme would be a great enhancement. We will return as it is very peaceful & the attention to detail provided by Ning D Maysayon is truly amazing thank you are a credit to X2 Samui

Отель X2 Koh Samui Resort расположен в тихом месте на песчаном пляже острова Самуи. Большая часть номеров представляют уединенные виллы с собственным бассейном (всего 26 номеров). Особенностью отеля является то, что гостям предоставляются бесплатно разнообразные услуги СПА центра отеля. Утром гостям предоставляется хороший завтрак с шампанским, фруктами, европейской и тайской кухней. Днем регулярно бесплатные снеки и фрукты. Ежедневно организуется бесплатный трансфер в курортные поселки Ламаи и Чавенг. В целом, отель предоставляет возможность для спокойного отдыха в романтической обстановки.

Nice Island shame about the hotel!!!

Where should I start! The hotel is terrible and needs to be renovated immediately. Our first room the shower head didn’t work, it was dirty, dirty sheets and the air conditioning didn’t work. After my wife left a check in review (bad) they moved us to a room with a private pool. That room wasn’t much better. The pool floor was foul and black stains. Again the room was run down. Then our air conditioning started to spit ice in the middle of the night. The funny thing is if you read the previous reviews, previous guests complained about the up keep of the place in 2015 and nothing has been noted or done about it. I spoke to the general manager about this and he said a renovation will be a few years. Clearly not listening. The main pool the same thing dirty and the beach! What beach?!? It’s filthy. Finally don’t be fooled by the all inclusive massages. They are a con, not very good and they don’t last the allocated time slot. This 3 star max. In summary don’t stay here, feeling disappointed.

Better Than Expected But...

It situates at a quiet part of Samui island. On the surface (an in photos) this resort photographs well. You can tell it needs refreshing when you see it in person. Unfortunately, this nice image didn’t begin with the hotel arranged pick up, costing Baht1000/trip (35 minutes), the driver was sloppy and unkept, the van was run down and most of all he was 30 minutes late, when our flight was already 40 minutes late to arrive. I end up having to call the hotel to inform them of the fact, who insist the driver was already there waiting. You have no idea if a communication barrier exist until your requests are not fulfilled. Spa staff makes a point of refusing to book sessions longer than 1 session at a time. Citing health concerns for sessions longer than those already stated in the spa menu. Massage therapist appears to rush to finish the session, not giving the full attention to what they are doing. Sometimes will be talking among themselves, along with the noisy air conditioner sure break up the suppose tranquil environment. The restaurant, 4K, is reasonably priced, but considers the quality of food, it is too expensive. Food came out cold, small quantity and over cooked. The existing chef is new, so we may need to give him time to sort things out. A new Swedish manager (Erik) arrived, this may indicates management recognizes these issues and wants to improve. Erik is nice and always checking on his guests satisfactions. He genuinely cares about any feedbacks

Excellent staff let down by worn facilities

Our two week stay at Cross 2 was fantastic. The staff are absolutely amazing and helpful. The location is fantastic for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle. The only letdown was minor issues with the plumbing. The shower in our room was temperamental when it came to hot water and the shower head itself had about 3 streams that came out. Other than this though it was a pleasure to stay at Cross 2, the rest of the facilities are top notch, the view is peaceful and the spa treatments are excellent.

Very cool property, rooms were nice, very attentive staff. We visited in the off-season, which meant there were few other guests (which made it a bit too quiet, though maybe that's a plus for you). Also getting around the island was a bit cumbersome with cabs, but that is an island-wide complaint.

Hotel locates at private beach for ones who wants to enjoy and relax in a private environment. Facilities are great with excellent services. We enjoy a lot here.

Nice Quite Hotel

X2 is a very small 26 room resort. The beach is not that nice but as the resort is a all inclusive spa resort and most rooms have their own pool so the beach is not something that this resort really needs. we stayed a week and had a very relaxing time. The resort does need some love however but anew manager has just started and I am sure any improvements will had to this lovely resort. My only issue is with the spa you need to book your treatments before you arrive and some of the staff talk during your session. Apart from this all staff a lovely and would go out of their way to assist.

Nice totally secluded villa with own pool. Spa treatments where very nice. beach was quiet but not suitable for swimming. Restaurant was disappointing: both food and staff. General staff was ok but bad experience during check out; prior to check out I first put the suitcases in our car and staff came running after us thinking we were going to leave without paying which was very disappointing.

Flinke ansatte som sørger for at du har alt du trenger til enhver tid. Spa behandlinger booket vi god tid i forkant på epost,og da fikk vi alt vi ønsket å gjennomføre. Lite å se i nærheten,og veldig rolig resort på kveldstid. Vi fikk oppgradert rommet de fire siste nettene til en privat pool villa uten ekstra kostnad. Det var flott! Kommer til å bo nærmere de større byene neste gang da vi brukte mye penger på taxi fram og tilbake til resorten. Badet heller ikke i sjøen pga lav vann,men det var et flott basseng område på resorten.

Nice hotel - but no ocean or gym

Helpful staff, but a few major oversights. No ocean water due to low tide - so beach is deserted and pretty unattractive. No gym on premises.

X2，spa is not good，so disappoint

好的方面，酒店服务员态度不错，泳池的水很干净，循环一直开着，这点不错。 但是这个酒店有两个不能容忍的地方。 第一点，号称spa全包，这个也是这个酒店吸引顾客的卖点，当初我就是被这点吸引的。但是很失望，spa水平极差，力道很轻，经过提醒也没用，比路边300B的水平差的多，不能忍受，觉得很坑人。如果看中这家酒店spa的人，需要三思。而且虽然号称spa全包，但是一天只让你做一次，你要做第二次时，就会以预约全满为由拒绝你。 第二点，酒店坐拥海滩，但是确没有把海滩好好整出来，根本没法走路。我们只能去隔壁酒店的海滩，一墙之隔，天壤之别。 综上所述，这个酒店我不会再来第二次，毕竟价格真的不便宜

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. The Staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. The pool villa was perfect! Total privacy. The pool was actually large enough to swim in (laps). The food was excellent. Great variety of breakfast foods. The spa services were wonderful. Only been back to work a few days and I'm ready to book again! LOL

Very good therapist in spa. Perfect ocean front stretched out to enjoy a nice big buffet breakfast looking straight out from the lovely comfy couch seats. A chilled coconut on arrival with cold towel
