My flight was late and I found out if from the hotel email If I hadn’t arrived my 11pm the staff go home so I couldn’t check in. Arrived 1030pm. Came from London so was shattered. Room was hot , no aircon on for arrival. Jumped into shower, the soap dispenser empty. I pulled off the wall. Looked like they hadn’t been topped up for months, all dried out, so had to use my face wash to clean myself. Room very basic. Only stayed one night, would never go back. Poor for Thailand,

This was such an adorable resort. We loved being right close to the beach! Only a walk across the resort to get there. It was a nice quiet clean beach. The food as well as the surrounding area had lots to do but still felt quiet and tucked away. The staff was super friendly and helpful in everything we needed. I would stay here again!!

Short stay OK

Hotel rooms are nice, with pool-facing porch areas and refrigerator in the room. Beach is rather limited but you can leave the hotel grounds and walk to better areas. Disappointed that extra bed requested turned out to be a plastic-covered metal frame fit for a 4-year-old and not a real bed - impossible to sleep on or even relax. Staff tried to accommodate our needs and restaurant crew were friendly.

Très bonne impression générale à l'arrivée, jardin fleuri très agréable, petit restaurant sur la plage charmant le soir, personnel souriant et amical, 3 magnifiques piscines dont une immense, mer et plage toutes proches, village de Maenam tout proche aussi avec commerces, massage, calme, standing. Séjourné 3 fois dans 3 types de chambre, chacune étant différente et ayant leur charme.

Great location, on a good beach with cute local streets and shops nearby. Hotel pools were great and the rooms were very clean and tidy (cleaned everyday). Due to some poor 'neighbours' we had to move rooms. The first room we couldn't fault (with the exception of a rather hard mattress) but the second one had a blocked drain in the shower, difficult shower head (wouldn't angle down) and plug in sink wouldn't work. Whilst the staff were friendly enough, they were real sticklers for the rules and it didn't have the typical friendly, personal feel that we are used to in Thailand. Staff were just doing their job but it was all about money first (from management??).

Not my best stay at The Florist

I've stayed with The Florist on a few occasions previously and have loved it. But this time things could have been better. On my first few days there the pool outside the room was very cloudy and starting to go green. It took then two days to get the pool right again. Also had a bit of an issue with 5 young families that stayed for one night and stayed up drinking till late and used everyones else's decks and spaces.

Location perfect.

Near town and in the beach. Pool amazing. Rooms large. Staff were the best. They were so friendly and helpful. Only thing could have been better was lighting poor near mirrors in room.

Tout était parfait. Un superbe bouquet de roses nous a été remis à notre arrivée. Le personnel est charmant : souriant, aimable... l'emplacement est super, les "pieds dans l'eau", la chambre très agréable. Nous avons loué un scooter, pris des navettes pour les excursions et les transferts pour l'aéroport tout çela géré par l'hôtel.

Great hotel! On beach(only see view rooms have beach frontage and private outdoor area) and grand deluxe rooms have pool access from room and are also interconnected rooms being the family room.. If you walk right from beach, there's a street of nice restaurants about 2 hotels up There a 3 pools but the cheepest rooms pool in centre and small not as directly accessible from 1 step out your room Quiet area not party town!

Lugnt och skönt strandnära hotell

Vi hade poolsiderum med poolen direkt utanför dörren och havet ca 50 m bort. Rummen rätt slitna men allt fungerade och var helt ok. Ligger en bit bort från huvudgatan så den störs man ej alls av. Litet utbud vid frukost, fanns dock en kock som fixade omeletter m.m.

Herzlicher Empfang, Gute Verständigung, da ein ausreichendes Englisch gesprochen wird, sehr freundlicher Umgang mit den Gästen, gutes Personal auf allen Ebenen, besonders die Zimmer Reinigung.
