This was a debacle. After making a 15 day reservation a week in advance, the staff was fired and left with nobody to clean, run the bar/restaurant, make repairs, assist in any way, or even put furniture into the empty 1900 sq. foot condo. Of course, the payment was non-refundable and the prior management split with the money. We checked-out 10 days early. Hotels.com could not get in touch with anybody from the hotel to deal with the problem, because they were all fired and turned off their phones. I'm out $800, and probably won't use hotels.com in the future. No lightbulbs, jacuzzi broken, no dining table/chairs, spider-webs in every drawer, no Internet, no daily cleaning, broken elevator, dirty pool...
