"Hotel was good, bed was a little hard, air conditioning worked. You can hear out in the hall and other rooms, mainly because of the vent in the bathrooms. The shower confused me at first but the design seems to be pretty common in Thailand (shower head beside toilet). Staff were helpful as well."

"Staff were amazing and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Amenities were top notch, cannot praise the two pools, fitness center and breakfast buffet enough. "We enjoyed Shangri La’s breakfast options, the free boat rides to Iconsiam was very convenient, and being next to the Sothorn Pier came in handy for getting to night markets and other river destinations, along with having the BTS station next door was also very convenient!"
