「The temperature of room would not stay consistent. The pool was lacking. Both the keys stopped working and had to be rekeyed. The breakfast was decent but not great and coffee was not very good. They charged us an incidental fee that was not disclosed to us upon booking so our stay was more then we budgeted for. The hotel itself just seemed run down and we thought being a marriot brand it would of been better.」

「Upon arrival, we noticed there was no water. I called the front desk to notify and I was told they knew there was no hot water but that we should have cold water. I was later informed that technician installed the pump backwards and that water should be restored soon. Water returned later that night, but not hot water for the entire weekend. 「Great room with one design issue, no complaints at all about the service or anything else. The only thing that was an issue is the road noise, it's next to the highway and people were revving their engines all night with the room not designed to block any of it. 」

「We had a problem when we initially checked into our room. Jeremy, at the front desk was a true professional, he handled it, changed our room and provided a small gift. The hotel itself is a 10/10 it is clean, has activities, has time saver bands for the park, and the staff rule.
