Book with caution

Everything costs extra. There is no electric kettle in your room - you will have to pay €5 extra. Drinking water costs extra. Rooms are not soundproofed. We heard every footstep down the hallway. We were woken at 3AM by someone running down the hallway on both nights. We could even hear the neighbours using the toilet. On a positive note, there is air conditioning but book with caution; we were made to feel like they were doing us a favour and we weren't paying €135 per night for a dark small room.

Das Zimmer und Bad sind neu, sehr gute Betten. Leider wurde aufgrund von Renovierung kein Frühstück angeboten. Dies wurde bei der Buchung leider nicht kommuniziert. Sonst wären es fünf von fünf Sternen gewesen.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Zimmerausstattung inkl. Minibar. Was mit am besten gefallen hat war das hervorragende Essen im Restaurant und die nette Bedienung in selbigem. Ich hatte ein super zubereitetes Wildgericht und werde beim nächsten Mal auf der Ecke definitiv wieder bei euch buchen und essen! Buchung über Expedia und Abrechnung suboptimal, das Personal war aber bemüht wenn auch machtlos.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, aber in Ordnung. Gestört haben mich der ungereinigte Duschkopf, der mal mit Essig und Natron sauber gemacht werden sollte, sowie die schmimmlig gepunktete Silikonfuge in der Dusche (könnte mal erneuert werden. Dass der Lichtschalter im Bad mal funktioniert und mal nur im Schalter „funkelt“, war als Problem bekannt, der Elektriker findet aber den Fehler offensichtlich nicht. Das Personal war nett und höflich, hatte aber den Eindruck, es gibt zu wenig Servicepersonal beim Abendessen.

Locatie is netjes en op een rustige plek gelegen. Binnen een kwartiertje sta je in het centrum van koblenz tijdens de spits. Helaas was de airco in de kamer defect en kon ook niet gerepareerd worden. Jammer gezien ik er specifiek op gezocht had voor de kamer. Enkel excuses voor gehad. Matrassen waren matig. Prima badkamer verder.

Uitstekend hotel, maar zelfs voor licht gehandicapten niet handig te bereiken: te steile talud naar de hoofdingang, draai naar binnen is te scherp, lift is aan de kleine kant voor een gehandicapte die moet draaien. Het hotel is niet bedoeld voor gehandicapten zei men ons, maar met het langer maken van het talud zou het al een stuk beter zijn. Daarom algemene score met 3 sterren.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere haben wir die ruhige Lage des Hotels geschätzt. Auch, dass wir unsere Fahrräder sicher unterbringen konnten, war ein Vorteil. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Einziger anzumerkender Punkt ist der sehr in die Jahre gekommene und abgenutzte Teppichboden im Zimmer.

Pænt og rent hotel. Fint værelse med aircondition, som var vigtigt i varmen. Pænt værelse og badeværelse. Venlig betjening i receptionen. Udmærket tilhørende restaurant. Morgenmaden som tilkøb, var dog for dyr.
