location is good to see downtown Kobe however they do not have parking and only have one elevator so it might take awhile to go up and down. during my stay my room had a hole in the wall just a little bigger then a USD quarter. front desk spoke basic english which is not bad just know their might be a language barrier. overall i would stay again for the price.

アメニティのシャンプー、コンディショナーがだめ。個人差はあるのかもしれないが、髪がキシキシ。 フェイス&ハンドソープは最高。 ルームウェアの状態が悪すぎる。着用回数が多いのか、年数が多いのか毛羽立っているというかなんというか、、。 エレベーターは1台しかなくすぐ来ない。不便すぎる。 もう泊まらないかな。

チェックインの時に、カードキーだけ渡されて他の説明が全くなかったので、部屋に入る時に少し手こずりました。 使用する人が少ないのかもしれませんが、電気ケトルにホコリが被っていたのが唯一客室内で気になりました。他は部屋にレンジもあるし冷蔵庫の効きも良かったです。 建物の構造上どうも出来ませんが、1つしかないエレベーターが4人でいっぱいになります。チェックアウトに向かう時に何回も見送ることになったのが大変でした。フロントからは階段を案内してもらってスムーズに出られたので、その点は良かったです。 駅から徒歩圏内、コンビニや飲食店が近い、バス停が近いなど立地面はとても良かったです。

初めて利用したホテルでしたが、１階にあるはずのカフェがやっていない。周りにコンビニがいくつかあるのと、大好きなベーカリーや松屋さんといった有名なお店があるので、カフェの件は仕方ないとして…、チェックインの時に渡されたカードキーがあまりにもくたびれていて。使い捨てしてないのは現代に合ってるのかも知れませんが、限度があるかと。部屋に入った瞬間、ん？何の臭い？と。私は臭いに敏感な方ではないのですが、気になりました。あと、入浴中に温泉の硫黄のような臭いも。それは一瞬だったのですが、びっくりしました。 禁煙希望したのですが、たばこの臭いよりもそっちが気になって仕方なかったです。 ただ、宿泊代が高騰している中、7,000円でお釣りがくる価格は本当にありがたかったです。

駅からホテルまで緩やかに長い登り坂なので、徒歩10-15分でも1日観光しきってからのチェックインはなかなかキツイものがある。かと言ってチェックイン前に荷物を預けに行くのも考えものかと。余裕ある方はタクシーをお勧めします ただ周辺に8時開店の老舗ベーカリーやコンビニ、松屋、すき家、その他バー等も沢山あるので夜食も朝食の調達には不自由ないです 部屋内にあるレンジが便利だし、冷蔵庫内に冷えたグラスがあるのは夏場は非常に嬉しい心遣いかなと ただ入室すぐに禁煙なのにうっすらとタバコ臭とりね

三ノ宮駅から少し離れていますがお手頃で泊まれました。

便座に少し汚れがありました。 浴衣はパッと見綺麗ですが、汗臭い匂いが残っていました。洗剤の問題でしょうか… 受付スタッフの電話対応などは感じ良かったです。
