"Everything was great especially the employees. Exceptional service and main reason to tip them well. Only exceptions were 2 minor things. First, there was phone in the room to call reception desk. Second, the reception area is closed and not open 24 hours. I am not sure if it was because it was during low season. I had a toilet tank overflowing and reception area was closed at 6:00am. However, once the staff came, the issue was resolved immediately. I high recommend the hotel and look forward...

"Great room and bath, I particularly loved the shower! Beautiful room floors and wonderful bed and bedding. Great restaurant and wonderful food to accommodate my tastes and some easy Thai dishes that were just lovely. Naturally the staff was amazing! All of them were so friendly and remembered everything about me and my activities, room number and what I liked to eat for breakfast. It was so lovely to see their faces every morning for breakfast. Even the groundskeepers and other non hospitality...
