「We wouldn't know where to start. The villa is amazing, the food is high class but best of all, the staff have made our trip. Their personalities, smiles, and kind gestures have made this one of the best experiences we could ever imagine. It is a little peace of paradise with the combination of the view from every room is incomprehensible.
Would definitely come again!

「I don’t think you should ever try to charge people a 10% surcharge for using a credit card. You shouldn’t try to profit off a credit card transaction. I can understand you wanting to recoup your fees, but to try to make an additional 5% from a credit card. Not cool. Everything else was amazing. The staff is incredible. Obviously the staff doesn’t choose what the credit card fees are so this is really something for the owner to figure out.」

The property is well-maintained and offers a stunning view. The staff are very friendly and responsive, always making sure we felt comfortable. The area is a bit quiet, which is nice, but transportation is limited if you don’t rent a car. Breakfast was very good, and overall the service was excellent. I would recommend this property for families — just keep in mind that renting a car will make getting around much easier.」

「Our time at the Blue Tiger was extremely enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were phenomenal and catered to our every need. The unit was extremely beautiful, and the view was extraordinary. Highly recommend to any families looking for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of typical hotels and resorts. It is helpful to have a car as the villa was very high on the mountain and walking was not an option.」

"Disappointing Experience at Ritz Carlton, Koh Samui I had high expectations for my stay at Ritz Carlton, Koh Samui, but unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard I anticipated. Villa Room Issues: The villa I stayed in was surprisingly small, with old-fashioned decor. It also appeared poorly maintained, which took away from the luxurious experience you’d expect from such a high-end resort. Limited Amenities and Poor Housekeeping: The amenities were very limited, and basic items weren’t replenished. For instance, the bathing liquid wasn’t refilled, and even after leaving a request with the housekeeping staff for an additional tissue box, it was completely ignored. Moreover, the towels provided were visibly old and had an amber, used appearance—something unacceptable for a property of this caliber. Inadequate Management and Shuttle Service: The overall management service was very disappointing. The hotel car and shuttle services are extremely limited, with only three set time slots for round-trip shuttles to Central and the resort. This makes planning any excursions incredibly inconvenient, particularly for guests relying on hotel transportation. Overall, my stay fell short in many areas, particularly in terms of room quality, basic services, and transportation options. I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the guest experience in the future. I will not recommend to anyone to stay in such bad hotel."

"We just came back from Hyatt Regency Samui after a 6 nights trip. Honestly, it was a disappointment. We are a family of 4, with 2 under 5s, and we visit at least to one tropical destinations in asia per year. Hyatt Regency Samui does not worth the room rate, with the same amount of money, I can get much better hospitality in Bali or Malaysia. Communication: It feels saff do not fully understand our instructions, the replies on customer service is slow and usually does not solve our problems. In 2026, a lot of these tropical destinations we visited are supported with great communication tools such as in house APP or Whatsapp for instant replies. This hotel does not meet the usual standard. It feels requests are lost in translations. Service: We expected a 5 star service witht the money we paid, we were disappointment the first hour we checked in. It is more like family oriented resort minus the 5 star service. Especially during breakfast buffet, it was rather chaotic and waiting time is long. Food: Our room included breakfasts, but the quality kf food was yet another disappointment. Eggs are hard and tasteless, buffet lacked of variety, fruits are of limited choice too. At 9:30, they ran out of uoung coconuts one day. Thai green curry was with grilled chicken :( Room service portion was small Kids Club: We booked resorts with kids club so our kids can meet new friends and us parents can relax. Staff are so "relaxed" it felt they weren't communicated with the children."
