「The hotel was very well kept and the staff were very attentive to our needs. The breakfast was fresh, healthy and plentiful. The rooms had great air conditioning and the manager was very personal and professional. You also have you own personal piece of paradise with a private beach. 」

The balcony was lovely, overlooking coconut trees, with space to dry clothes after a day at the beach. The real highlight of Choengmon Residence was the staff. They were friendly, thoughtful, and made the best pad thai on Koh Samui at the restaurant downstairs. The mango shakes and Thai tea were also delicious!」

Die Auswahl des Frühstücks im Restaurant, könnte ein wenig vielfältiger sein. Insgesamt kann man das Hotel mit sehr guten Gewissen Weiterempfehlen.」

「We just came back from Hyatt Regency Samui after a 6 nights trip. Honestly, it was a disappointment. We are a family of 4, with 2 under 5s, and we visit at least to one tropical destinations in asia per year. Hyatt Regency Samui does not worth the room rate, with the same amount of money, I can get much better hospitality in Bali or Malaysia. Communication: It feels saff do not fully understand our instructions, the replies on customer service is slow and usually does not solve our problems....

「酒店以傳統泰國建築來設計，有別於其他西式及宿舍式的房間，我就是被這特色吸引。整間酒店以林蔭和木材裝飾，酒店雖小規模、客房得三十間，但房間內空間大，同時整潔。客房之間有寛敞距離。泳池和餐廳面對大海，景色一流，員工又十分友善和好客，竟為我們趕搭早機，專登提前半小時上班，來為我們預備早餐。我住了七天，感覺良好！唯一是交通不便，去最近的漁人碼頭步行街，坐tuk-tuk講價都要200泰銖。到查汶市和機場要250-300泰銖。記得坐車要講價。」
