"This is a wonderful place to stay when in Knysna! Fantastic views, and a very "different" feel to the public spaces in the hotel, with remnants of the old power station equipment abound in the hotel, but is uniquely balanced by some wonderful works of art!
Staff were very friendly and helpful, though sometimes breakfast service was a little slow - but always worth waiting for! Also used the hotel spa, which was a fantastic experience, with very friendly and capable staff."
