This hotel was ski on and ski off -it was about 20 mins from st Anton and the drivers very windy The room was expensive and was so small we couldn’t even open our suit case. It looked like a college dorm room . The shower didn’t stay in one place and you had to hold it to use . The breakfast was nice and the area to eat was pretty . The one very flat pillow given was terrible .

The good - very unique and quaint location, and convenient (right off main road, ski rental and local minimart across the road and 5 min walk to the gondola). Historic building with lots of interesting local ski history. Rooms are renovated with a nice chic style and were clean. Sauna was a highlight. The not so good - for the price expect much much better service. Check-in was unhelpful and uninspiring at best. Zero property information provided upon check-in, and questions were answered with short unhelpful comments. I filled out the electronic check-in form as requested by email before arriving and selected to pay for garage parking, but was asked to park myself in the open air parking area (resulting in having to dig out the car from 3 ft of snow later in the trip). Was also made aware that we did not have half board (dinner included) during check-in, and then spent the next few minutes trying to make dinner reservations last minute (not much was available expect the local pizza place), only to eventually find proof that we had paid for half board and have the receptionist finally agree that we did have half board included. Worst part of the trip was when the local authorities shut down all road access in and out of Stuben with one hour notice. Hotel found out the roads were being closed and did not attempt to contact us, resulting in us missing our international flight the next day. When approached about what happened the hotel staff was completely unapologetic.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück ist hervorragend. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Punktabzug leider durch schlechten Zimmerservice: Bei drei Übernachtungen wurden die Betten nie gerichtet, einmal anscheinend im Bad/Toilette etwas gemacht (das Klopapier war zumindest gefaltet). Grund dafür war nach Angabe des Hauses der Mangel an Servicekräften. Aus meiner Sicht wäre ein vom Haus angebotener Nachlass angebracht gewesen.

Pensant profiter d'une nuit dans un bel environnement, cela a vite tourné au cauchemar et cet établissement n'est adapté ni aux réservations de dernière minute ni en basse saison. Ayant réservé en dernière minute via une plate-forme tiers, il a été impossible de joindre un membre de l'équipe tant par le téléphone, par whatsapp que par la messagerie du voyagiste... Arrivé sur place, pas de réception ouverte en basse saison... aucune indication pour la chambre... avec difficulté (et ayant réalisé le check-in en ligne), quelqu'un finit par nous téléphoner (après plus de 30 minutes sur place pour trouver une solution). L'employé qui vient ouvrir ne parlant que allemand, heureusement que les téléphones ont des applications de traduction. Le petit-déjeuner est basique mais correct. Après toutes ces déceptions, nous avons eu la surprise de recevoir un mail nous demandant de payer une facture... d'une chambre déjà payée... au final, un manque total de professionnalisme... dommage...

Benni ist von Anfang an hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Schon vor dem Antritt wird der Kontakt gepflegt. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und hat eine schöne Einrichtung. Das Frühstück wurde ins Zimmer gebracht und war völlig ausreichend. Zudem war die Aussicht auf die Berge und das Tal wunderschön.
